I would like to commend the exceptional level of service provided by my Real Estate Agent, Peter Kikianis from Ray White Semaphore. Peter Kikianis was recommended to me by a family member who has engaged Peter in the past (multiple times) to list and sell their properties and had experienced a high level of customer satisfaction every time.

Prior to engaging Peter to sell my home, I had used a different Real Estate Agent from a different company and had an extremely poor experience! This poor experience (in the past) subsequently left me bitter about the ‘sales process’ and left me with a property that I felt was “unsellable” as the previous Real Estate Agent had “burnt the listing” and my property (a home unit) was on the market for more than three months, and with zero offers and one distraught vendor (me).

The tactic the previous Real Estate Agent used was to “go in high” as they suggested a completely unrealistic (as I later became aware) “advertised sales price” to simply secure the listing. This previous Agent (knowing that they could not sell my property at this price) continued to provide me with ‘negative feedback’ after each open inspection, explaining to me that the potential buyers coming through the property were all pointing out flaws with my property (which was fully renovated 10 years ago and in overall very good condition for the age).

I understand now that this previous Agent’s only tactic was to use ‘negative feedback’ to “knock me down on price” in hope to get a “quick sale” at a substantially lower price than what they led me to believe we could achieve (between 15-20% less than our advertised price). As I became more and more frustrated with this previous Agent, I became disengaged in the sales process, my previous Agent avoided contacting me (unless absolutely necessary) and this led to a critical communication breakdown. “Broken from the process” I eventually took my property off the market, was left with a $2500 marketing bill for an “unsold property” and never spoke to this previous Agent ever again.

It was 1.5 years later than I re-listed my property on the market and Peter Kikianis came to my rescue! He truly is a Godsend and if it wasn’t for Peter, I’m confident I would not have sold my property, nor regained trust in Real Estate Agents, or the process of selling a property (as this was my first home, for the past 10 years).

From the first minute that Peter sat down with me to chat about my property, he asked more questions (than anyone else) about me, my current situation, what I’m wanting to achieve, my property and more! Peter is the first person I’ve ever met in Real Estate who showed he “genuinely cared” and I love this character attribute – as it’s soo bloody rare to find today!

Throughout the 2-week marketing campaign (yes – you read right… only 2 weeks!) Peter had already achieved the following:

* Multiple open inspections with multiple genuine buyers through the property
* A private inspection from a potential purchaser and two offers from two separate buyers
* Negotiated the second offer up from a price below my ‘reserve’ to a price that I said *YES* to!

So in under 2 weeks Peter had Marketed and Successfully Sold my property for more than I was expecting to achieve, and from the first day of my Agency Agreement with Peter until Property Settlement, I believe the who process was “done and dusted” in under 2 months – with money in the bank and one extremely happy vendor!

Peter Kikianis, thank you *so much* for your service, professionalism, detail and high level of communication (Peter was in contact with me more in 2 weeks, than my previous Agent in over 3 months!)

In conclusion. If you’re looking for Integrity, Honesty, Hunger (Peter gets the job done!) and Genuine “Old School” Morals and Values – You cannot look past Peter Kikianis.

Very good service! Tricia is a very good agent. She took the lease agreement from another company and that company is very bad that they even miscount out rent! Tricia took the issue and handle it very well even I was not at Adelaide at that time.

My partner and I recently applied for a rental property advertised by Ray White Semaphore. We were looking for rental properties in Adelaide at short notice and while still living in Melbourne, a complication compounded by travel restrictions.
