Obrien Mentone have been very helpful with renting out our apartment. Being the first time going through this process, the team explained everything clearly, organsied a property photographer and online listing. At the time, it was difficult to find tenants, Zoe was supportive and helped make adjustments to find the right tenants, which we did! Recently, Katelyn has been managing our property, in anticipation of the upcoming rental renewal, she suggested we review the weekly price as there was scope to increase it a little based on the current market. Trevor and Elin were fantastic to work with and did an outstanding job in a tough market getting our house sold at auction.
