Blayney District Hospital

i'm writing this review because I'm just so in awe with the head nurse Cathy at the hospital she's gone above and beyond and has continued to go out of her way to meet my mom's needs. She is 91 and in transition to Victoria to a nursing home she was placed at Blayney hospital for an interim stay over, my mom is confused and stressed out. She has dementia and is not sure what's going on I am there with her visiting her and I cannot tell you how helpful the staff have been. Cathy has just been outstanding in her efforts to get Mum on a plane to Victoria and make sure that everything continues on as planned through My aged care,. I've worked many years myself in the field in California in the United States and it's rare that you come across a dedicated knowledgeable , thorough consistent energetic devoted staff member I cannot say enough about her and I want it to be shared that the staff there are amazing under her guidance and supervision. Thank you so much for everything you've done.

I love the staff at Blayney hospital. Recently my Mum passed away and she was in the Palliative care suite (which is so comfortable) and all the staff were so caring and thoughtful.Not only did they look after my Mum but our family as well. Love,love love them all
