Smithton Betta - Electrical, Fridges and Dishwashers

We have recently had the need for a big shop around and could not go past the fantastic service, competitive prices and knowledgeable product advice given at Betta Home Living Smithton. Frances was on board with everything, Efficient home delivery locally, updated information, as well as being kept informed. It made our shop an easy, enjoyable experience and will be our 1st port of call in the future. Highly recommended!

Great service everytime! I have purchased several products from this store over the last month and everytime the customer service and product selection is excellent. Most recently, with the COVID19 restrictions I ordered a product over the phone and within 1 hour of placing my order, the product was delivered to my door!

Have bought a few appliances off these guys and always hassle free, polite and prompt. Most importantly they a very competitively priced!

All the other times i have been in here i have had a great experience. But i did go in a while ago to get a cord for my TV and Staff member was unwilling to help and had a vary lazy attitude

If you are needing help with electrical appliances, washing machines, dryers, shavers, etc., the service is excellent. Sharon is awesome & there is also another young lady who is very helpful. If you are wanting help with phones, computers, dvd players or anything else in that area maybe go somewhere else. Went in to buy a universal dvd player and asked if the one I was looking at would play DVDs from America. The young gentleman said yes. Went home and it wasn't compatible, wanted to take it back but he told me I couldn't. Wasted money and had to go elsewhere to get one that was compatible. Numerous occasions I have gone in to look for something, waited for service but been completely ignored by the young male staff member and left the store and gone somewhere else.
