Auto Masters Greenwood

I took my son’s car in today to have the exhaust repaired. I wasn’t aware of the extent of the issue but after getting it on the hoist, Dave (Manager) rang me & explained it was seriously damaged & would require a specialist exhaust repairer. He could have quite easily attempted to fix it but chose the honourable path & said it was a big job requiring specialist tools. His honesty was well received & we are now on the path to getting it repaired. Thank you Dave for the way you handled this situation.

What an amazing team automasters Greenwood is. I felt very comfortable putting my car in for a service. When I dropped my car off I was delighted to be treated professionally. The video I was sent showed me very clearly the condition of my car. I am very happy with this team. I will be back.

We are always very happy with the service from Dave and team. They now send a video of the service complete with explanations of what needs repair or replacement and why. It really helps my understanding and confidence in the quality of service provided.

Took my car here last week for a service and to get my aircon re-gassed. Very happy with the simple and transparent quoting process. Dave explained everything clearly and itemised all the costs so you know exactly what you're paying for. They identified and fixed the issues I had been having, and my aircon has never been colder.

Service well done. Air conditioner now working well and cough I have had for over 2 years when aircon in car on gone. Good work.

The Manager went above and beyond in his efforts to solve my problem with a discontinued part. He also rang several times to keep me informed of progress.

First time at Greenwood auto masters and I will be returning for future services, it’s hard to find decent mechanics especially when you’re a female driver but I felt comfortable and informed of extra issues with my car , I received a full report form which matched what the mechanic told me over the phone, if you haven’t found a decent mechanic workshop yet then try auto masters , I’m glad I did 😊

I found the staff very friendly and obliging with the service and general maintenance issues which needed addressing. Great communication and more than satisfied with my experience. Definitely recommend using this store I know I will be in the future

I used Automasters at Greenwood to service my 18 year old Astra. the provided a great service. Dave advised us on the issues that were found and let us decide what we wanted done. Dave did not push any repairs on to us and let us make our own informed decision. thanks Dave and the team.

Thank you Auto Masters, you made everything so easy for me. My car's temperature was rising rapidly and it had just got to the red as I turned into Coolibah Drive. How lucky was I to make it to Auto Masters Greenwood. Customer service exceptional. I had a specialist appointment and was given a loan car which was fantastic. The problem was a split radiator which was fixed by 1pm the next day. I thought very reasonably priced as well. Very happy customer. Thank you.

Both Grant and Ben very easy to deal with. Guys were able to help with issue I had. Good, clear communication and presented well. Felt as though they wouldn't carry out work that was unnecessary (trustworthy). Will be using the shop for servicing from now on.

just want to say thanks to the team whilst on my way to an appointment i ran in to engine trouble i pulled and asked for them to look at not expecting it to be done straight but the owner got the team to look at it with in 1 hour i was back on the road i would highly recommend this place

My Prado lost power in Duncraig, so literally stuck at side of road; I googled closest mechanic and Automasters Greenwood was one of closest three. Rang and explained my predicament and they were calm (I wasn’t) helpful and sounded down to earth on phone so I got a friend to go there get a battery so I could at least get the car to the garage (it died again just as I arrived)
Long story short, alternator was knackered in it and I genuinely, thought these guys could take me to the cleaners here but they were absolutely fantastic. The car initially broke down around 3.30pm Wednesday afternoon; I was back on the road Thursday afternoon and car was running perfectly: price wise very reasonable, I knew exact cost of alternator - I really thought the labour would have been more expensive.
Would I use them again ABSOLUTELY, not only because of the price but due to the overall service and helpfulness. Genuine good people.

Ben & Grant are loaded with integrity. Our FG Ford ute was immobilized with an ETC fault. A couple of hours after the car was towed to them, they had it back on the road. Very highly recommended.

My battery died, after I managed to jump start it, I called them up and they got me in straight away. They replaced my battery and covered my seat as the mechanic moved my car. Very happy with the service"
