One of the nicest park for kids and families specially for young’s to play cricket,football and volleyball…

Another game this time tball with granddaughters .plenty of parking and this night there was also cricket practice and soccer games happening as well as baseball and tball. A small canteen was open

Toilets facility available
Community hall with kitchen is available to book for meetings. Small carpet area is also available.
Ground is well looked after for soccer and other games.
Cricket practice area is also available here.
Good place for scouts.
Plenty of parking space available.
Cheers to the organization who looks after this place.

Normally it is a very pleasant reserve with well maintained lawns and a good playground with a plenty of shades.

However it looked different today.

Quite a few small plastic balls were everywhere in playground area. From the edge to the centre of the large sandpit and even at the bottom of plants in the flower beds.

I had been picking up the balls while my kids play but it was too much to handle by myself.

Would you mind helping hands to pick up some of the rest whoever saw this review?

It looks as many as 2000 or more on my estimates. Or it could be more as I found some of the 2 mm sized plastic balls were already mixed and covered with the sands already.

It would be very patient and hard works to pick up someone’s mess in a public place.

I wish make it this opportunity to learn to play responsibly and sustainably.

Watched my grandson play a great game of soccer. lovely park/field. Toilets on hand which is always good in the cold weather !!

I like this park we celebrate many things in here because everything is close, the parking, toilet, playground for kids! You just need to be careful, because the play area is so closed to the road

Great place for Scouts and Guides.
or any other community meeting needing a small hall facility with kitchenette and smaller carpeted side room/lesser hall.
All the facilities that made cleaning up easy. Room for tables, chairs, etc if you wanted to hire from elsewhere.
Plenty of free onsite parking and toilets safe, clean, and inside building.

Get place for children and a amazing cricket pitch with quite a quick outfield. The place is massive, which also has various playgrounds as well as a club house for the local sports teams. The sports team is quite friendly, but the park is the main highlight of Wilkerson Reserve. The grass is well maintained and the community nearby are helpful.

Great place to play football.

Great quality pitch, well maintained flat surface all year around great for sports like football (soccer). Also has floodlights which are great for after hours use.

This park is a great way to get out and have fun, they have specific areas for cricket, basketball, soccer and baseball! Apart from the weekend, it is usually quiet so you can have the park to yourself!

Very good place to visit

Two large areas used by quite a number of sporting groups - soccer seems to be the biggest. Lighted for night time practice. reasonable amount of parking. Small shopping centre across the road.

Thoroughly enjoyed this park with our three staffy's. The pup was on her best behaviour - what a miracle. She is normally scoping out people to say hello and get a pat. Whew.

Very nice and big park. Play area for kids. Public toilets available and plenty of parking space. Lots of trees to get shelter in warm sunny days.

Baseball on Saturday for the Vetrans. Went to see a mate play. Good too see mature men out there have a go in a friendly enviroment. followed by a few drinks on a Saturday afternoon.

Nice pitch, plenty of parking and soccer clubrooms provide toilets and sausage sizzle on Sunday morning for soccer players.

Nicely maintained park with a lovely playground. Public toilets are available and clean.

Nice and cool. Few leaves around but not bad. Trees provide much needed shade.
