Sebastian's Italian Cafe

We went past this restaurant regularly but hadn’t got the chance to try. We decided to give them a go for lunch. Rather surprised with the ambiance. It’s a traditional restaurant but feels cosy and appears to be well insulated from outside noise. We ordered two pastas and both were fantastic. Generous serving of seafood caught us by surprise. Mains aren’t cheap mind you. These two set us back ~$60 dollars and we didn’t order anything else. But the price reflects quality and portion of our pasta so we score pricing as fair. They both were flavoursome but we think they were on the saltier side. So be mindful, if you prefer less salty meals. Our suggestion is to let them know upfront when ordering. All in all, good dining experience. We’ll come visit again to taste others on their menu.

Delicious meal, great friendly staff and shout out to Prissy for such excellent service. Pollo Picante was amazing as were all the meals! 5 star meal but have to take 1/2 star off for the air conditioning which was struggling to keep everyone cool. Will definitely be back, just get that air con sorted😄

Amazing dinner experience, was here a day ago - Tuesday. The veal, barramundi and tiramisu were delicious, thank you chefs and service team for the great experience

Just like a typical person who likes to eat out with friends, I/we usually read reviews before dining just to make sure we know what we’re getting into. Reading some of these reviews made me realized that it really depends on the person dining in on what the totality of their experience on this restaurant’s Food, Service and Atmosphere. I’m not saying that you don’t have to believe them but at least give the place a go.

It was a hot typical afternoon and when we arrived we were greeted by a smiley face of the staffs -asking if we want cold water just to quench our thirst. The Manager who I believe named Jane (?) introduced herself and gave us a tour of the menu (what’s her favorite and recommendations and boy she didn’t disappoint!).

The food recommendations were spot on especially the CHILLI MUSCLES AND CARBONARA (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!). The drinks were perfectly made as you can’t taste the alcohol but it still give you a good kick 👌🏻

Overall, I love the place and will definitely go back to try Sebastian’s Pizza (as one of the manager’s choice).

Lovely food (got the ravioli with chicken add on), couldn't finish I was so full, but was able to get the leftovers in a takeaway container.
Only slight downside of the experience was a local out on the corner in view smoking and spitting on the pavement, harassing people walking past, but no fault of the restaurant.
Location is great, but does get some loud traffic exhaust noise occasionally.

Food was lovely as always, portions are generous and food is served quickly after eating. Service is friendly and efficient. Would definitely eat here again 😊 and recommend

The food was excellent and so was the service, the lady manager who couldn’t have been nicer! She was quick, efficient and friendly. She helped us recommend for our dinner, the linguine crab, Milano pizza, lamb shank and surf and turf didn’t disappoint!! Highly recommended and definitely coming back👌🏻👌🏻

Finally found the best italian place in vic park! The food is sumptious, serving is really good.

Our table is mainly recommended by their Manager JAYNE, she really looked after us and other customers. Very nice to other staffs aswell.

We enjoyed our Valentine’s Day! Kudos to the whole Team!!! From pasta, pizza and even desserts is to die for. Service is quick, staffs were so lovely. The moment we enter. They greeted us with all smiles. On top of that we received a surprise Valentine’s voucher that we can’t wait to use it on our next visit. Not to mention to the lady manager who accommodated and look after us very well on this busy night. Thank you guys! Will definitely gonna recommend.

We witnessed a nice show tonight. Cheap customer vs. restaurant manager. 👏🏼 I would rate the show 10/10. Salute to the lady manager for handling it well. I can’t imagine people will literally fight over a free meal. And guess what they’re still not grateful even they already got discounts. Showing invalid discount voucher plus lying about their birthday just to get a free meal!

To staffs u guys did a very good job. There’s a bit of wait for the food but its worth the wait.

Will definitely gonna be back and recommend.

Took all my family here, 11 of us. Food was great, service was fast, great experience. We came to celebrate our parents 33rd anniversary, will definitely come again.

A friend and I went here for an early dinner today. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. Jane, who i believed is the manager, assisted us in selecting a table and also took our orders. She has a really lovely character and made us felt at ease and respected. We also asked her to recommend us some dishes and their chilli mussels and carbonara that she recommended was delicious!

It was our first time to dine at Sebastian’s Italian Cafe but for sure not the last! Highly recommended!!

The food and service was lovely, Priscilla took such good care of us. We will definitely be back.

We dined at Sebastian’s yesterday evening and it was a pleasurable experience.
Staff were friendly & attentive.
Food was excellent, a bit disappointed they had run out of their particular sparkling wine, only one on the menu that you could buy by the glass, had to drink Prosecco which I’m not a fan.. I think if they had a couple of choices on the Bubbly it would’ve been much better as I’m a champagne/bubbles girl, but that all aside, We have always dined at this lovely restaurant in the past and will go back!

Took my partner out for his birthday and we are both vegan. The waitresses were lovely and accommodating. The chef had made a special vegan penne and gnocchi dish each for us and they were amazing! Top service! Top quality! Will be back soon :)

Great food with excellent ambiance. I love the fresh Greek salad and the carbonara. Good wine selection too. A great place to catch up with family or friends for a meal and wine

Authentic little Italian place, I always go for the gnocchi Bianco, sensational.
The pizza is pretty good too.

Am underrated venue. The lighting is strangely clinical though.

The staff were excellent and looked after us well. Made sure our drinks were topped up. The guys behind the kitchen made the food to perfection. Staff were friendly and kept the communication of progress on going. Kids loved it and so did we.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The food was amazing. The tortellini and the Milano pizza were simply sensational. Best I’ve had in a long while. The tiramisu was lovely as well- lots of coffee taste. The front of house staff were so lovely, attentive and sweet. A big thank you to all the kitchen crew and the Front of House folks for an absolutely wonderful dining experience.
