I had a beautiful experience with Luxe therapy. I easily found the shop when I was searching for remedial massage in Melbourne CBD on google. I saw high rate and good review then I wanted to try once. I called for booking. The receptionist was very friendly. She gave me clearly answer for my questions. I chose remedial massage. It was convenient because they had HICAPs machine. I didn’t have to claim to the insurance company by myself. It was really good massage that I had never had before. The remedial therapist was very high qualification in her career.

The Thai girl is very good. She knows how to unwind every muscle. Highly recommend it.

Had a FANTASTIC full body and foot massage with Becky this morning. I was in terrible pain in my lower back and sciatica, so she concentrated on those points. Oh my gosh, she hit all the right points and I feel so much better. This morning I was struggling to bend over. Now I feel almost back to normal. Thank you so much Becky, it was truly helpful.

I had a 60 min float and 30 min massage. The employees were very nice and the masseuse ensured I was comfortable with the pressure. The float tank was very comfortable and the whole experience was extremely relaxing. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I have not experienced floating before and it’s my first time. Who would have known that being afloat in a dark space could be really relaxing. The moment you hop into the machine it is like you enter another dimension, all your trouble are gone left only you and the peaceful moment you will cherish for a very long time. Next the relaxation massage, this feel really true to the name. Normally I would prefer remedial massage but this is definitely a must try, its feel different yet really and it is really easy to book. Calling the store , they are really friendly.

Popped in for a 30 min foot massage and Winnie didn't disappoint. Her technique was great and she always ask if her pressure was appropriate. She even gave advice on how to strengthen my foot.

Wonderful first visit today. I had a 30 min neck and shoulder oil massage with Betty. She was very professional and easily found all my tight spots that needed work. The venue is very nice with a lot of extra details included in the basic service I had e.g. a few hot stones, hot towel wipe down after oil massage and the offer of water after the massage. Very happy and will definitely go back.

I’ve tried floating therapy. It was my first floating experience. I was really relaxed therapy in private room. There is shower room in the floating room for showering before and after floating therapy. In the machine, there are relaxing sound, warm water, and cool light. It is safety with an emergency button in the machine. Then, I had a relaxation massage. I’m very happy with the therapist. After all treatment, tea and water were served and this is really great.
