ClearCut Hairdressing

This hairdressing salon is great!! I went in today and they washed my hair and gave me a haircut that I am really happy with and explained what haircuts are good for my hair type! :) Everyone was really friendly! There was a tiny angle in the cut so I went back about 20 minutes later and they fixed it without a problem and now it is perfect!! So happy with it - thank you!

Worst place in the world!!! AVOID!! Went in for a simple brown colour and cut and got a jagged awful staircase cut in the side of my head that goes into my hair about 5cm, he literally took the front part of my hair and made it a bob, the rest is half way down my back! The color was bloody red (bright bloody red!), and it also ran out in 3 washes and left me with a terrible orangey brown mess. The blow wave I paid extra for, I wanted it curled as I had a party. He did a birds nest with the front twisted round my face. by the time I got in the car it was flat and sticky from the hairspray he had put in it to try make the front 'twisty' I paid and walked out in tears, not wanting to make a scene. I called them 30 mins later and the manager agreed to re do my hair.
When going back, I was snapped at that I had the wrong time for my appointment. I was then sent to the back of the place, so the apprentice could do my hair. Halfway through her putting color on, I stopped her as my head was burning. I was laughed at by the manger saying it wasn't harming my head or my hair. So fine, I stayed in the torture chair, while the poor apprentice, not knowing what she was doing pulled my head around. I was told when waiting for the color to set that I would need to pay because i had long hair and they had used a lot of colour. I refused and explained the other guy, had ruined my hair, and I had to go straight to the party because he had taken his time about it, stopping to talk to other hairdressers and eating. I got snapped at again by the manager over the head of her client, poor old woman getting a blow wave didnt look happy. The manager then left, told the apprentice to wash it off and finish the appointment. The apprentice washed my hair, half way through drying she told me she had to stop drying it or I would be charged extra. They let me walk out of their salon, with wet hair, a burning scalp and not an apology or a see you later. And once again the color washed out within 2 days and I was left with terrible flakey skin, which id never had before that appointment. When saying that my hair was ruined on the phone, whoever I was speaking to said they had already redone it and couldn't do anything else, she blamed the flakey skin and colour washing out on my shampoo. I have used the same shampoo for at least 2 years now, never happened before. I am disgusted, appauled and wouldn't go within 2 feet of this place. They have a very high turnover of staff, because of the management. That's what the apprentice told me, and they clearly don't have any education system in the salon!
