Super helpful, friendly and overall delightful staff. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The only dental practice I have regularly kept going back to. 😊

With a phobia of the dentist I was dreading my appointment but from the very first greeting with the friendly reception staff, I was pleasantly surprised and instantly reassured. Lilly my hygienist was absolutely fantastic. She listened to my concerns and preformed my scale and clean manually to ensure I was in no discomfort. For the first time I will keep up regular check ups and look forward to seeing Dr Silas and his fabulous team again! Thank you for you kindness and understanding 🙏🏻

Dr Elissa took such fabulous care of myself and my 2 young boys when we all had a check up recently. She has a caring, warm nature which was so welcoming for us and especially my kids who had never seen the dentist before. She made it a pleasant experience for us all. Having such a fear of dentist and not going for many years, Elissa and her assistant are absolute Angel's.
They allowed me time to compose myself during each stage of the processes, I was never rushed. Elissa was reassuring and comforting, accepting my different request, at the same time working with efficiency during the check up & clean.
Her gentle nature is so reassuring and her assistant (sorry I can't remember your name) was excellent as well, constantly comforting as well as being light hearted. We did have a bit of fun about her cooking skills ( little joke while she was making up the mix for my impressions)
From the moment you walk in to when you leave everyone makes you feel welcome and reassured :)
I would highly recommend anyone to go here ESPECIALLY, if like me, you have a fear of dentists.

I've recently moved to Padbury and registered with First Impressions Dental to have a check up and some work done.

I felt very welcome and relaxed as soon I walked through the door.

Dr Elissa and the team are very professional and friendly, making you feel at ease and really comfortable.

The work I had done was excellent and I will certainly be visiting First Impressions Dental for my regular checkups in the future.

Dr Elissa was fantastic both with myself and my 2 toddler boys. Her demeanour with all of us made us all feel welcome, safe and excited to visit the dentist. I couldn’t praise her more highly!!

Dr Elissa was perfect with my 2 year old. It was his first time at the dentist and she was patient, kind and fun with him. I was most impressed we had no tears and felt extremely comfortable with her and the team!

We highly recommend First Impressions Dental as the staff are not only highly skilled but also personable and professional. I have seen many different dentists in Perth and back home in Brasil and i have actually never seen such professionalism and expertise approach.

His front office team, hygienist and nursing staff were very helpful and professional.

Definitely Dr. Greg is my Dentist from now onwards..

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr Biniecki, and her nurse Fran, they were both friendly and made me feel at ease. I was very well looked after and felt no discomfort at all. The practice was immaculately clean and modern. The receptionist was also friendly. I highly recommend First impressions to anyone!

Went yesterday for the first time. Everyone was so nice and friendly, it really put me at ease. Dr Elissa is an excellent dentist, very thorough and professional. Will definitely return. Great Dentist.

I am so happy i was introduced to Elissa and the team. My mouth is full of half finished jobs as i really will avoid the dentist at all costs. After having a full consultation i booked an appointment this week and had my crown started. Elissa and the team are so relaxed i didnt feel pressured at all. We went for our 2 year olds 1st check up and they were absolutely fantastic at First Impressions. Thank you for making the whole experience enjoyable. Would recommend anyone with kids to take them here, really couldn't have asked for any more.

I have been to first impressions many times and always happy with my care. Unfortunately my wonderful dentist Vreg, wasn't available. I needn't have worried, as I met the beautiful and talented ELLISA BOON. Ellisa is extremely caring and gentle and takes much time explaining the process to put your mind at ease. She said to me, if you were my Mum, I would want you to go ahead with this procedure. And that's how she makes you feel, like you are just as important, as her mum.

For someone who isn’t a fan of visiting the dentist, I had a wonderful experience today at First Impressions Dental with Dr Elissa. She was extremely professional and made me feel at ease the whole time, I will definitely be returning in the future.

I am writing a review on behalf of my husband. He saw Dr Elissa with a severely infected tooth and big swollen face. He was in A LOT of pain. He was able to get an appointment that day (even thought the receptionist said they were very busy that day). Hubby said the tooth came out very quickly, the abscess was drained and the dentist looked after him very well. He didn't feel a thing.

Cindy was amazing very professional and gentle as I had two fillings done today. She constantly asked if I was ok, and made sure I saw before and after pics so I could see the extent of the damage.

There is ample parking at the surgerybi would highly recommend it to others

The kind, gentle and caring nature of the dentist and the dental nurse made my (normally terrifying) experience so very manageable. These guys are patient, gentle and honest. I have recommended this practice to my friends and family and I have no fear in returning for further treatment.
