I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by Bongiorno's Service Centre. My entire family entrusts our cars to Adam and his team, and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I just bought a car, needed a thermostat change and AC regas. Called about twenty workshops to try get it sorted asap before I start my new job.

No one could help, all booked out a week or two in advance.

Called Bongiornos, Mal was the only one to hear me out. Said were booked up but it sounds simple enough, bring it around.

Brought the car over, they said it's easily accessible and they'd fit me in on the day and get the car back on the day.

Sure enough, few hours later it was ready running like a charm.

So friendly. And the bonus, price was amazing.

I'm a car guy so talked shop about the Penrite oil sign. Usually only the most professional, demanding workshops use such a high tier oil.

These guys are the real deal. The nugget in the haystack.

Do yourselves a favour and make them your go to mechanical workshop. I know I have.

I’d give 10 stars if I could!! They are all so kind and super helpful. As a female, I felt safe and that I was being educated on my car… not getting taken advantage of or upsold on anything. The team is honestly just magnificent. I’ve called with a couple of questions and they always have the time of day to help. 10/10 the best.

Great first time experience. Such contrast to some of the other garages I've been to. Drew me a diagram so i understood how things worked so i could refer to my previous mechanic clearly.

The crew here are amazing, couldn’t recommend them more. Had to limp the car in after an oil seal gave way, they managed to fit me into their busy schedule and got the car fixed and ready to go in no time.

They were not only competitive to Mercedes’s their service they offered was second to none ! I have recently been back for them to service my car and will continue to go back as they pride themselves on the their workmanship , service they provide , they really do go above and beyond !

Highly trusted and mechanics are not normally used in the same sentence however, I have never had more trust with a mechanic than since using Adam and his team for the past 2 years. Been coming here for our company cars service and tires for 6 months or so.
nothing is too much trouble for them, easy to talk to and they talk to me in language i understand (im no mechanic) and never do the `hard sell` of extras you get at many places
pricing is very competitive with great service is so hard to find nowadays and im so pleased ive now found it.

Excellent place to have your car serviced. Had a couple of minor issues with my car and just popped in to see if they could take a look, which they did free of charge! They really value thier customers and treat you with respect and professionalism.
