Charles and the team are amazing. Their cakes and treats have never failed to impress anyone that I have shared them with. Some stand-out favourites are the heavenly lamingtons, light and delicious apple scrolls or to-die-for fruit flans.

Best bakery in the area without a doubt. They have beautiful bread, delicious savoury items and the sweet items are so consistent and really traditional. Worth travelling to for the mini cakes, slices and other amazing selection of sweets. Once you have been there you will agree. Disregard any reviews regarding the owner, all the staff are long time employees so I'm sure that comment is inaccurate.

First time ever visiting this bakery and the lady working there called me "sweetie". 😄
This made me feel pretty special until the guy waiting behind me was served and greeted with an even more enthusiastic "HI SWEETIE!!" 😂😂😂

Not a bad little bakery. Curry pies are OK but those little Portuguese Tarts are friggen beautiful. Very morish.

The quality is okay-ish, but the customer service is atrocious. Today, I bought a few items, and the middle-aged lady at the counter made a point of correcting me every time I asked for something, even when I was pointing directly at an item. She insisted, 'It's not a chocolate cupcake; it's a mud cake. These are not Nutella donuts (despite the signage); they are jam donuts. These are not pigs in a blanket...' I mean, seriously, what is that even?

So mediocre.. they never update their bread and pastry options.... its been the same for over 10 years. Everything tastes just "ok" the only thing that's good is the healthy choice bread. It's really ashamed because they are the only local bakery and they really could have the potential to be amazing but I think they need to make some alterations...

Picked up a birthday cake for my husband today, very dissapointed cream melting with in 10 minutes strawberries starting to fall off. No where near as good as the one i brought in December. I called and spoke to a person in the shop, there was no, i'm sorry would you like to bring it back, i said no i would like to speak to the baker and she he is not here he will be back after 5.00pm, to late for me.

Not a great experience at this bakery. Purchased a number of small cakes for afternoon tea with the family. Specifically asked the mature lady behind the counter if the cakes I was buying were todays to which she replied " yes all todays" I took the cakes home and needed a sharp steak knife to be able to cut into them they were that stale. The lamingtons and other cakes were at least 7 days old. Hard as a rock and all put on the lawn for the birds, $25 of it. This is the value they put on their customers.
