Everybody at Balcombe Road dental are super nice and friendly.
I had an appointment with Dr Ting and could not be more happy with it! She was super professional, helpful, and gentle. I did not feel the slightest discomfort. Will definitely go back for her!

Our experience with Balcombe Dental has always been wonderful. Dr Ting is very experienced and patient with my girls. Linda at reception is very helpful and kind. Always greets with a smile and sends us timely reminders.

Dr Chen Wang is amazing! As soon as I walked into the clinic it did not feel like I was at a usual dentist. The staff are so friendly, calm and welcoming. Dr Chen offered great tangible advice and did not once make me feel uncomfortable. Nothing was forced and recommendations were reasonable with a good plan in place. Everyone there is very kind and friendly. The dentist did a great job of explaining issues and providing solutions were possible. I'd had such bad experiences at my prior dentist that it'd caused me to avoid going for about a decade. I'm happy to say that this practice restored my faith.
I haven't felt like I've been overcharged, which is valid concern when it comes to dentistry in Australia.
The facility is also modern, very clean, and is well-lit which has a positive effect on your mood. The TV on the ceiling as you're getting work done also helps.

Dr. Ting Ting Chen is the friendliest and best dentist I have ever been to. I had a wisdom tooth extracted several days ago, virtually painless & no complications so far. Wonderful work & I am extremely happy. She also gives very good advice for aftercare & follow-ups. I have also recommended some of my close friends. They all had fantastic results. I would recommend her to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

My visits to this clinic have been absolutely exceptional! Dr Chen is very considerate and calming, especially considering i get very anxious going to the dentist, and she is doing an amazing job with my teeth. Her nurses have also been amazing.....super friendly and very attentive. They are also open on Saturday's which is ideal for me. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

If anyone is nervous about seeing a dentist, then this is the perfect place. Dr Jason is so chirpy and positive, puts his patients at ease and is so gentle. Also, receptionist Linda is compassionate and very friendly. Excellent practice!

Hands down the best dental practice I've been to! Dr Ari Barr was friendly, caring and made me feel at ease throughout my checkup. He was so gentle and careful. The place was newly renovated, clean and beautifully styled. The receptionists were so welcoming and everyone was professional. Will definitely return!

Dr Chen was gentle and kept checking that I was comfortable during my filling appointment. The nurse and front desk staff were friendly and approachable. The ambiance was clean and modern yet welcoming with a children's play area, nice magazines and a TV on the ceiling to keep one entertained during treatment. I highly recommend this practice and would bring my 5 year old here too.

Dr Chen was very welcoming and professional, and explained what she was doing throughout the appointment.
I had been putting off going to the dentist for a few years longer than I should have, but Dr Chen was understanding and put the extra effort in to show me what and where I needed to improve on when brushing.
I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this dentist!

Visiting the dentist surgery isn’t usually many peoples idea of fun but Dr Chen and the team consistently manage to make it stress free, very warm and welcoming. The treatment is amazing and the communication always very measured and very clear.
