District Family Medical Centre Mentone

Visited this practise this morning for the first time and was impressed by Dr. Sema Yilmaz. She explained the DVT to me, sent me to a hospital as it was urgent and I was happy with that. Dr Sema is not only knowledgeable but caring and emphatic. The emphaty and care are almost as important as the treatment itself. Thank you Dr Sema.

A lovely Dr and caring team

Called to book an appointment, apparently it was the Dr who picked up the phone Dr Yilmaz Selma, and I was asked "why do you need to book an appointment, what is wrong with you?"
It was just for a prescription renewal, but asking someone what's wrong with you? And it wasn't even said in a nice way. Nop. Not going there. What if someone calls and has a serious problem?
Kindness people is important, specially when you are a DOCTOR.
