Great Friendly staff, who put the time into me and addressed my trouble areas. Thanks Dr. Luke Benaquista who carefully assessed and treated me and continues to put in the effort into my lower back, I am definitely better off every time i leave. Thanks Luke and the Wellness place!

Rang to make an appointment to see the massage therapist on Monday, phone number re-directed to Bassendean (not that the receptionist who answered mentioned that). Got most of the way through making an appointment when she started telling me where the Bassendean centre is. Corrected her and we tried to make a West Perth appointment, she had to call me back because she couldn't confirm the therapists' availability.

Showed up for my appointment at 2pm, no one there. KNocked on the door, no answer. Rang the number, got Bassendean. Receptionist had to call me back. Called back ten minutes later, therapist unavailable due to "unforseen circumstances". More likely she forgot she had work.

No idea if the massage would have been any good or not, don't plan to ever find out.
