Hairhouse Belmont

Went in store on Thursday in the afternoon and was helped out by an incredibly knowledgeable and professional younger member of staff (whose name I did not catch unfortunately). She was extremely helpful and patient with myself and my two kids, my hair and my daughter’s curls have never felt so good! Massive thank you to whoever that member of staff was!

I went to Hairhouse Belmont Today. Shanaye did my Hair . It was a difficult job to do, what I was asking for and a challenge lol.
But Wow I was soo Impressed with her work a Great woman to have in a Salon....Hairhouse should be proud of Her work she is Fantastic. I felt so good with what she had done to my hair 110/100. Thankyou so much , the service is fantastic and they all look after you. I even got a special treat pack at the end Thankyou so much for making my Day Hairhouse Belmont Team ......

I needed to replace my ghd and with all the new products available now I was unsure of which styler to purchase. The girls at Hairhouse Belmont Forum were fabulous, answered all my questions, gave me options and were not pushy at all. I'm happy with my new purchase and would definitely recommend popping in and having a chat to the girls here when you're next in the market for hairstyle/care products.

My name is Abbey. I went to the Belmont store today to buy my favourite shampoo as my normal hairdresser was out of stock. I was served by the Retail Leader (pretty certain her name was Deb). She was incredible! She was so welcoming and thanked me for going out of my way to come to their store to purchase the shampoo. Overall a fantastic experience! I will buy my hair products from there now, just to get that customer service! :)

Went into the Belmont Forum hairhouse warehouse and was helped out by a lady named Deb! I’m only 20 but in all 20 years of my life I’ve never had a customer service experience like this! She was so so beyond helpful and caring and actually had the customers best interest at heart! Also knew exactly what she was talking about, truly an amazing person! This lady deserves all the recognition and a fat pay rise!!!!

I just got my hair colour Done by a lovely young lady, I can't remember her name. She was very professional and did a fantastic job. The price was fantastic. Will be back again. Thank you 😊

I have just seen Michelle to put my new piercing jewellery in, I could not recommend her enough! She is very professional and informative, I have had many piercings around the world and would like to say she was by far the best can’t wait to return for more! Great selection of body jewellery as well!

What a wonderful experience! The lady was so helpful and even gave me a free sample to take home and try. Didn't feel pressured at all and will definitely go back.

Caroline the waxist is BRILLIANT! She pays so much attention to detail. The wax quality is great and doesn’t hurt (plus that is Caroline’s mastery). Will definitely be back to her again - she is a huge asset for the store.

The owner is generally here and lovely. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s a good happy vibe here.

Get my hair dye from there and they are really helpful and give good advice. They are really good with their piercings and all is sterile and are open in front of you, with pretty reasonable prices.

deb is amazing and just interacting with her makes my day everytime i shop. makes me feel so welcomed and looked after.

Just moved back to the area & still love theres some professional friendly hair salons. All my family have been living in the area for years My hairdressers have gone. Great service
