I had my first session with Nicole to work on a specific issue I had been having. I will be forever grateful for the reviews on google because I needed someone that would really listen! There appears to be nothing medically wrong with me but I was suffering. The limb doctor believed it to be nerve trap/pinch related. So hunting through the reviews for local therapists, I found Nicole. The relief from the first session was AMAZING! I am able to get a proper sleep again because the pain in my elbow and forearm decreased over the next few days and was completely gone 5 days later. I have better use of my hands and the swelling in both my hands and feet are next to nothing. I had my second session today and felt so great leaving there. I had no idea nerves could cause swelling. Thank you Nicole 🙌 I will be seeing you again very soon.

I met Nicole through an employer initiative that provided staff with 10-15 minute neck/shoulder massages once a month & she was so amazing that after I finished my contract, I tracked down Nicole's details so I could starting booking in monthly appointments. I have recently completed a Relaxation Massage workshop held by Nicole. Along with a few laughs Nicole was very patient and knowledgable in her explainations. During the workshop we learnt a range of techniques and a boost to the confidence to be able to deliver a great massage. Nicole was very thorough in her delivery and we had the added benefit of not only giving but also receiving a massage. I would recommend this workshop. Well done Nicole it was a great weekend.

I’ve moved here about 4 months ago and I drive trucks for a living. It’s hard to find someone who knows how to give a proper old fashioned sports massage. I was pleasantly surprised with Nicole’s sports massage. It’s rare to find someone who really knows how to give a proper sports massage.

Nicole also introduced me to the Kohuna massage and I thought why not give it a try. I was amazed by how relaxed I was afterwards. I have sleep apnoea and on the nights I have the Kohuna I find myself sleeping right through the night.
