Amazen Puzzles & Games

This is one of the best shops in Montville. Especially if you are trying to buy a gift for a child or difficult family member. They have a large range of toys, puzzles and games. No matter the age of the child you will find something suitable here. If you are not sure, then ask the staff. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I have eight grandchildren and they receive gifts from Amazen every birthday and Christmas. They are of such high quality that they constantly out last cheaper made toys and games. Definitely check them out while visiting Montville.

I have loved visiting this store every time I come to Montville. Such an exciting range of games and puzzles. The girls always engage me in a game of something new, I rarely leave empty handed. Vicki, Carol and Nina are always friendly, helpful and provide great service I expect

A holiday to the Sunshine Coast is not complete for us without a visit to Amazen at Montville. The staff are fantastic. You can give them an idea of who you are buying for and they always find just the thing. If the shop isn’t too busy they will take the time to show you how the games/toys work. Every visit has resulted in us adding a few more fabulous games to our collection. Last week we had a ball with Vicki and Ariel as they showed us how to play about 4 different games. Their service was friendly, fun and we love the games we bought. Don’t go through Montville without visiting them . Best games shop I know of and I come from Sydney.

Yes! Adding to the incredible reviews this business already has. It truly is AMAZING!! We've been coming here for years. Thomas got his first rubix cube here and we've always gone to Amazen for birthday gifts for parties etc. We like that they have different stuff from the big department stores, but they have that too!!

We love Amazen in Montville. It is our go to shop for birthdays! We have received many wonderful recommendations over the years that have led to so much family fun.
Thank you to Vicki today for demonstrating a few new games for our 7 year old grand daughter’s birthday present. We left the store with the games and our son’s birthday present as well. The staff and stock make Amazen a Montville treasure trove.

Have been going to Amazen for years to find new and interesting games. Each time we visit Montville I always stop in for a look.
This week Vicki helped me choose a new game to play with my family. She listened to the types of games we have chosen in the past to make new recommendations.

Zeke at the Cotton Tree store is a legend. I walked in just browsing while my daughters were eating ice blocks outside - really just killing time. Zeke engaged me by asking if I wanted to play a game he had out. I did and had so many laughs. He showed me 3 more and I continued browsing, my daughters now joining me. He watched them to see what each of them were interested in, sat on the floor with my two year old and began playing a game called Monkey Bingo which I thought she was too young for. He had her playing along, giggling and saying monkey! Next he tried my 6 year old. She played a couple of games with him but wasn’t completely sold. Right before we were paying, he asked to show her one final game. Sleeping Princesses. She freaking loved it. I obviously ended up spending a lot of money there - all because of Zeke engaging us. I had no intention to spend a cent. We walked out and my daughter said “Mum that was so much fun. Can we go there again next weekend?”

Nearly an hour of exploring new games, laughing and learning.

What a wonderful customer service experience. Something which is truly rare these days. Thank you Zeke. I forgot how fun games can be!!!

Excellent knowledge of the games and fantastic customer service. Vicki is helpful and patient with my boys. She has convinced us to buy brilliant games which then our friends have enjoyed and also bought.

Wow what an amazing shop! So many games and puzzles to choose from and ‘Vicki’ really knows her stuff. She was extremely happy to explain some the unusual games we had never heard of before. Could not help but buy them after she showed and explained the games to us. We played them that night and had the best time laughing!

My granddaughter, daughter and myself had a lovely day in Montville today and a visit to Amazen proved to make it more delightful. Vicky is an absolute asset to the company, aiding us in our needs and giving us perfect recommendations to assist in my granddaughters education to break up the monotony of schooling, suitable to her age. She was inviting and knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service skills. Very genuine. We shall return!

Fun experience at Amazen Montville with Nena as a great staff member who showed enthusiasm and friendliness when we were shopping in the store, as a regular customer I always enjoy my visits.

This place is amazing. If you love puzzles and games, this is a must do in Montville. There are all your common games and puzzles and a tonne of stuff you haven't even heard of.
