I had the pleasure of meeting CBA Customer Bank and Loan specialist Sam Pappalardo.

Sam was polite and professional. At the time of scheduled appointment the CBA computer system was down so Sam took my personal details and my enquiry details and informed me he would contact me asap with his follow up enquiries.

To my surprise Sam not only contacted me by phone the same afternoon he also sent me a detailed email and a second telephone call the following day confirming my enquiry to my satisfaction.

I was impressed by Sam’s timely responses, his work ethic and customer service skills should be highlighted.

Visiting from interstate and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The service was great and we couldn't be more pleased.

I was very well assisted, from the moment I arrived (by an excellent receptionist) to the professional who opened my bank account. For those who are going to open an account, starting the process online helps a lot. Arrive early as well. The reviews on this branch are biased by those who didnt had good experiences.

I went for opening new account but they didn’t have any appointment today, and they ask me to open this account online . But someone name Mohe come out from his officce and asked me how he can help and after I explained to him he took me to his office and sort out everything even thought he doesn’t have enough time between 2 appointments. I really appreciate his help and want to see every employee like him . Without his help I will not be able to open the account as I have no enlightenment English to do it .

Went to get a personal loan from commbank Belconnen ACT . The person help me his name is Mohe . I will recommend all my friends and family to go see him any commdank need . He is fantastic and efficient 10 out of 10 all the time . He help me before as well my previous personal loan. He is the best, I never get service like that before any bank

We went to Gunghalin branch to open a bank account and the lady in customer service was very rude and unprofessional.When we visited Belconnen branch , we were very well assisted, from the moment we arrived (by an excellent receptionist(Tori)and Mohe who helped us throughout the process Excellent customer service.Highly recommend to visit Belconnen branch .

Trying to sort out some accounts for a local P&C Committee which is challenging due to the nature of the arrangements. I spoke to Louise today and she was fantastic.
