Just got served by Damien. Best customer service I've ever received he saw that I was approaching the counter and took my order immediately. I said I'd come back but he had my order completed straight way. Wow, wow, wow... Please acknowledge him for his excellent customer service. I work across the road and often go in to order.

To the lovely girl who happily took my order and to the person who made it. It was cooked to perfection!! Thank you!!! I was there at 7am this morning.

Outdoor playground with extended patio seating area and lighted shelter. The playground area is fully fenced and features 2 doors to the area, one of which is a one way entry due to proximity to the exit door to the carpark. You can enter through the door and then exit through the outdoor dining area.

The outdoor area features many dining options for visitors, and backs onto views of Tuggeranong Foreshore.

The play structure was installed in 2010 and has been well maintained, featuring a series of three story levels and obstacles. Wall game, helicopter pod and one slide.

There is also a viewing window to the playground from inside the restaurant while ordering food.

The McDonalds in tuggeranong has grate food and service. You will always get your food on time and most of the time your take out order will be right.

A great 24 hour Maccas, with lovely views of Lake Tuggeranong. Free fast WiFi Also terrific helpful staff.

No issues with order. Food was nice too.

I ordered at the front desk and was greeted very nicely. The service was impeccable and I got my food nearly immediately. The employee who seemed to be working the hardest was named Sarah. I think she should be given some type of bonus or promotion.

Great place to stop after taking a run, friendly staff with uniform prestige, only complaint would be that now I have to run again!!! ;-)

Ordered drive through. It was quick, my order was correct and the staff were helpful/patient as I redeemed an instant win through the app. Exactly what you want when getting fast food.

a little gay boy made my hot chocolate and it was the best hot chocolate i have ever had, i am still thinking about it almost 24hrs later. thank you to that man.

One of the best Maccas I have ever seen. Visited canberra during the Christmas and i never had those kinda services in my whole life from Maccas in Sydney. That guy ( named Anup) on drive through was really awesome$ polite and definitely a best service with better product quality.

Best place near a mall , lake

I like this place , right next to the lake, close to the shopping centre, indoor and outdoor seating areas. Mexican burger did not taste as good as the traditional flavours, but that's just an old and loyal fan of bigmac in me talking 🙃

Great little Macca by the lake. Big playground where I kids just disappeared to so we could enjoy some adult conversation. There is actually the view to the lake which is quite zen.

Maccas has great coffee and the staff are always freindly. The meal deals are good value.

Whenever we go to Maccas at Tuggeranong, my kids live to have their burgers by the lake. It's very clean and tidy and a really tranquil place to just sit and chill with your family. There's also an awesome playground inside fir kids if it's a bit cold or wet outside.

Been to better maccas but it served its purpose of quick food on the go
