Great selection of gluten free flours at reasonable prices. I have mainly used the bread flour which has been great for cinnamon rolls. I bought the rice flour but found it too grainy so I will have to find some other use for it apart from baking.

I know nothing about bread making and was hoping to find an easy to use bread mix that isn't full of preservatives like all supermarket breads seems to be, these days...
The people here were full of support and advice, made no judgement on my lack of knowledge of my supermarket cheaper bread machine, and made the basic process so simple.

Save money and eat better bread

Friendly owner. Very helpful with good advice for a newbie. Great selection of flours and bread making products. We tried the hot cross bun kit. With the benefit of some good advice, we turned out our first batch, which the kids agreed were better than the store bought ones.

Love love love! Great service and advice. Their mixes have great instructions that are easy to follow. I really like the Southern Cross sourdough mix, the sweet bread mix (I use it to make fruit bread), the brioche mix and the brownie mix. You can even buy a mix to make your own doughnuts!

After a few failed attempts at making gluten free bread with supermarket gf flour I came here. They were super helpful in recommending the best gf bread mix. They also have mixtures for rolls, cakes etc. No pressure to buy but I bought a small bag and a bread tin with lid. They give you I struxtions which had a Thermomix option on it which was great. Proving the bread now and can't wait to see how it went. Will review again once I get to taste it.

Great place to buy excellent flour for baking bread. The service from the team and their knowledge to assist you to bake bread is fantastic.
Don't stop at bread making as the ingredients are also good for baking pastries, cakes and biscuits.
We make our own bread using the ploughman's the mix which is Devine but just ask for the bread making instruction sheet from the team as it is priceless and ensures your bread doesn't flop.

We love our Spelt bread. Everyone likes it. Tasty, crusty, and a great alternative to wheat with a better texture.

Simply the best place in Perth to get all your bread mix, related ingredients and products. We live south of the river and make the trek here because it's worth it - good prices and great service.

The variety of bread mixes available is fantastic and even better is the advice you get. Doesn't matter what bread machine you have or if you bake bread or rolls in the oven, the guys know their stuff and will be able to help with any queries or problems you may have.

Nothing beats the smell of fresh bread in the morning - tastes so yum, and in the end, saves you money too.
