I recently had an exceptional experience with the receptionist named Shivani at this clinic in Forest Hill. Despite mentioning that she had just started working at the reception, she went above and beyond to help me, turning my frustration from past into satisfaction regarding my daughter’s treatment. Her professionalism and calmness to help completely turned my decision of never returning to the clinic to wanting to come back again.

What impressed me the most was that even though it wasn't her shift, she took the time to call me two days later just to check if I was satisfied with the resolution of my query. This level of dedication and customer service is truly commendable. Her efforts have restored my trust in the clinic, and I highly recommend their services based on her exceptional assistance. She is a valuable asset to the clinic.

Dr Sheenam is always so friendly, caring and kind with kids and ofcourse grownups too. She explains what she is doing hence both my kids and I feel so comfortable getting our dentist work done with her. My kids usually look forward to their appointment with her. Can’t have better dentist than her for us for sure!

My kids and us had a great experience, the place is very well located, good parking area, easy to access and do the bookings as well. The team and doctors are very friendly, great professionals! They are very patient with kids, they made my kids very confortable and they were not scared.

I had a crown on a molar.Dr Annammal (Anna) Rajendran and Natalie were very professional and patient. I was very apprehensive about having this procedure since it was the first time I'd required dental work for a decade. I recommend them if you want to feel at ease.

The entire team provides excellent service, right from Natalie at reception to dentist, Dr Sheenam Ahuja and Dental Assistant, Zara. Great service, friendly team and they are always very accommodating. They work very well together, very organised and I literally have nothing to critic.

Initially, I took my six-year-old son to Dr Ahuja two years ago and I cannot thank her enough for making his first experience with a dentist so comfortable and painless that he is happy to go for his regular appointments. Dr Ahuja is amazing and when she is doing procedures, she explains what is doing …even to kids. She explains each process thoroughly giving me plenty of opportunity to raise any queries or concerns. I think her calming demeanour and amazing ability to do detailed work patiently makes the experience painless and comfortable. Kudos Dr Ahuja and her wonderful assistant Zara.
