Dan Murphy's Burvale

Highly recommend this Dan Murphy’s (Burvale) thanks to the amazing customer service I received from Sable today. She noticed I looked a little lost when I entered the store and proceeded to assist me in finding everything I needed. Her eyes lit up when I asked her for a buttery Chardonnay (I don’t know much people that even like this variety at the moment) - that’s the reaction you want to see in someone that was about to recommend you a bottle that was a wee bit more than I was looking to spend (of course I went with her recemndation and glad I did - Kendal Jackson VR Chardonnay). Sable was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind. She is the perfect ambassador for Dan Murphy’s. Although I live in Wantirna South and there are closer stores, Burvale will be my go to now. Thank you again Sable - great customer service is hard to come by these days and I left the store feeling better than when I walked in! :)

A good place to buy alcohol, wines and beers. They have a huge selections and a good offers you cant miss out. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful. Also a big parking is a plus point.

Always friendly staff! Some been there for many years. They acknowledge you as a regular customer which is great!

Ive been a customer for over 10 years.

Customer service is excellent. I went there and the older Aussie lady at around 7pm at the checkout and was fast and courteous. She should be given award.

The selection used to be better in craft beers especially the Belgium Beers and the also the American beers. So I have to choose something else. Don't know why the product range has been minimized at such a good store.

Visited here as my regular Dan's was out of stock of my drink of choice: Very Helpful -&- Cheerful Staff. Loads of Easy Parking -&- Access to Store. Will definitely visit again.

At least this Dan's sells Southern Comfort unlike Broadmeadows that don't even stock it any more.

The staff are very helpful at this location. Also the prices on their website are different in store. Website are cheaper. I bought a slab of 30 cans, Candian Club Premium Dry Black online it was $124.99 in store it was $135. The staff looked it up for me and gave me the price online.

Fabulous range and great staff. Make sure you join the loyalty club and read your emails. There are free (and not-free) tastings and events, and they are fun! Free wifi in store too. Access is a bit strange by car, but hang in there, you can enter from Burwood highway or Springvale road.

My experience at this Dan's has always been positive.

It's also nice to see that the non-alcoholic section expanding and becoming more prominent as the acceptance of this category grows.

The staff here are some of the nicest, most helpful people I have encountered, anywhere. I have never come away without what I wanted or feeling I have over paid.

A typical Dan Murphy's. Great size and selection. Heaps of craft beers to choose from. Staff are approachable and happy to help where they can.
