McDonald's

Everything inside was clean and tidy, self serve screens were wiped over just before I used them, I ordered a quarter pounder meal with a cheeseburger and nuggets. Everything is well put together and hot, chips were full and not oo salty, nuggets were crispy, burgers weren't falling apart or messily made. Overall very happy with my experience here one of the better McDonald's I've been to.

Loved it but a little dirty I bring my son and daughter Lily and Andrew with my fiance weallhad big Macs except Andrew and Lily they had cheeseburgers

Was busy lunch service and the two girls out front packing bags and serving were on the ball. Nothing missed and always serving with a smile!

Good maccas extremely well cleaned and top notch service never stuff up orders

You know Maccas, it can be hit and miss.
This joint nailed it 😀 chips were hot, full and perfectly salted. The burger was great too.

The last 3 times we have gone there, their milk products like thick shakes, ice creams, and coffees have been out of order. Sorry, I'm not going there again. I'm very disappointed.

Went in last night to get some dinner in the dining room. A young lady named Mia had excellent customer service skills and helped me on the kiosk. She was very polite and welcoming and recommend me the family deal which was a great option and feed my family.

I applaud Mia and believe she should be upgraded to a managers position as she obtains those soft skills.

Keep up the great work Mia!!!

Yes, it is McDonalds and we all know they make some pretty decent tasting burgers and other items, I wouldn't normally leave a review for a huge food chain because the food is usually standard across all stores, but I wanted to leave a quick thanks for the amazing customer service I received from the young lady working the drive thru lane last night, I think the name badge said Mia, wonderful job making sure we got the order we wanted and doing it really fast!

Very nice burger meal with crispy fresh fries... quick drive thru service.... AAA+++.

I definately like the new style of this Macca's. Not seeing the kitchen and or any of the machines normally seen behind the counter adds a sense of calm in the restaurant itself and was pleasant to eat there. The play equipment for the children look very bland with the colouring but is a free service provided my McDonald's so it can't really complain about that, more just an observation. Food came out quickly and my families order was correct with nothing missing or incorrectly made unlike a lot of other McDonald's restaurants. Staff seem competent and switched on which is a rarity as far as fast food goes. Good work to the people and owners of this store.

Just wanted to make special note of the female staff member that was serving the front counter on 1/11/19 between 7:45-8:30pm, I did not get you're name unfortunately and the only way to describe you is of Asian descent (apologies if this is offensive). On both times of receiving our food then later coffee, you were very polite, friendly, always made eye contact and greeted with a smile. Your demeanor showed you wanted to be there and also didn't bark out order numbers like most staff seem to. You helped immensely that night with the feel of the restaurant. After having a long day and to receive the service you gave made a difference, so thank you.

Went into maccas to get a coffee, ordered a Medium Cappucino with soy milk and an extra shot. The coffee was sadly not a hit which isn’t common so didn’t really bother us. I did call to complain about it and the girl that answered the phone (didn’t grab her name sadly) was bloody lovely and handled it so well. People like her are what make the company and I would definitely be returning with my business. Coffee wasn’t a 10/10 but the customer service was definitely a 11/10.

Not the closest Mcdonalds to us but kids prefer this one and we always travel here. Fries are always served fresh and hot rather than soggy and warm like at some other locations. Staff are good always helpful and any mistakes with our orders are always promptly fixed. Kids love the indoor playground. It keeps them occupied so we can relax, eat in peace and even read the newspaper!

Last time I was here the coffee was revolting however. . They have either changed the beans again or cleaned the machines or somesuch. . Totally different and very. . Drinkable. Yay. .

It's a fun place to hang around for the entire family... kids will love it... staff's polite and professional...

Very good service. I ordered large fries late at night and the guy at the counter asked if I’d kindly wait 2 minutes for fresh fries as he didn’t want to give me old ones. Impressed :)
