Big store with lots of parking located on Port Road next to Bunnings.
I had researched online and found Harvey Norman had the best price for the Smeg Kettle I wanted. Staff in store were helpful and extremely knowledgeable, I also purchased the extended warranty.
Milk frother was purchased online with delivery and was also a smooth transaction.

What a great experience, from shopping to pick up! From the minute we walked into the store we were greeted by eager, helpful and friendly staff. We ended up with Rachel handling our purchases but I'm sure the rest of the staff would have tripped each other over to be the one to serve which is refreshing these days. Rachel was very accommodating. She sought answers to all our questions and had loads of suggestions to help us make decisions. A big thankyou to her for all her work.
I also want to make mention of one of the guys in the warehouse who was PARTICULARLY helpful also. I believe his name was "Warfeek" but I may be incorrect as I lost the piece of paper that I wrote his name on. What a champion!!! We had a lot of heavy furniture to load onto our trailer and it had to be done in such a way that it did not get damaged on it's 800km trip. Warfeek not only put most of the muscle into helping us load the trailer but he was instrumental in ensuring we loaded everything balanced and correctly. All of our furniture made it home with no damage and I'd like to think someone will let him know how grateful we are for his help. Give him a pay rise!

Both my husband & I found Jackson to be a pleasure to deal with - his manner, communication, friendliness & product knowledge will see us return to this store to purchase from him in the future.

Went into Harvey Norman this morning 25/2/24 looking for a new microwave. I was surprised that the store was open on Sunday, when I arrived at 10 am in the morning. (You would think they would open at a latter time like most stores) I went to the microwave display area and within a minute a sales person by the name of Tom approached me and asked me " can I help you at all". I said I was looking to purchase a microwave as the one I had has a fault H97. This person really showed service excellence to his company, He was a great help with his advice and ended up purchasing the microwave. As I went to pay, Tom went to the back of the store and picked up the microwave. More surprisingly he delivered the item to my car and placed it in the car boot. With salespeople like Tom I would definitely recommend this store to customers and friends.

Purchaded a new 65" TV and used click and collect. I realised during setup that the wrong model had been supplied. I emailed Harvey Norman Support and they responded within 2 business hours. Not only did they quickly send somone out to swap the TV for the correct model, but they even offered to set it up for me, saving me the hassle of doing so again. The issue was completely resolved within 24 hours. Mistakes happen, but their respose and resolution was exceptional. Thanks Harvey Norman Woodville.

I have found that every time I go here, I've been given the best advice on the products I'm looking for at a great price. The tech team is amazing, and no problem is too big or small. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the layout is easy to navigate. There is plenty of parking available and disabled parking right near the entrance. I highly recommend this one. 👌 AAA++

I bought a mattress from Tempur at the Domayne store before it closed but I had to return and the manager from Woodville Harvey Norman helped me to deal with the manufacturer and return my defective mattress. Since then I bought another bed frame and he was always very attentive and helpful.

Purchased a gift for my partner online and despite the fact that I needed a passport and lunchpack to travel the distance to Woodville I agreed to click and collect. Arrived to the store a smidge before closing time and slid my way in without much resistance by the staff member at the door (Thank you Sir!) while he directed me to the technology department to collect my item. With a heart full of hope I walk towards the counter when alas!! Bill makes an appearance and Bill has a mission to foil my gift plan. Bill starts telling me that its already after closing time and no one even knows about my order! My heart dropped, all those speeding fines and time lost with my family will now be in vain as Bill slowly crushed my dream of a surprise birthday gift. Suddenly an angel appears! ANNA!! She knew of my most perfect gift and knew exactly where it could be found! She knew her calling was to be at work that day to work miracles for me even though she wasn't feeling well. Anna its people like you who deliver great and thoughtful service which makes a great experience and inspires us to return to your store, even if it is a half days worth of travel! Thank you so much for making my partners birthday!
