An OK place, we went there for some very minor items, we checked out some curtain material, but they didn't have what we required, also wanted some heavy duty long zipper's, but they didn't stock any of what we require.
Also a magnify glass with light and self supporting stand, for sewing, but they had simple basic magnifiers, that weren't suitable for a professional application.
Staff tried to help, but they seemed a bit young to understand the needs of us oldies, or they just weren't interested in helping.
All in all, we couldn't get what we required.
By the way, you are asking for photos and video of these places we go to, but we don't go to these places to take photos and film video's.
We're there to do business, we're not on a vacation.
Why would we waste our time with taking photos and filming videos?!

5 stars is for the 2 lovely ladies that do assist me in the fabric section. Tash and Amanda, you both are an asset to the company, need more people like you who cares and treat people with respect. Well done ladies.

Absolutely love this place. They've been my saving grace during isolation and helped renew my love for sewing and crochet. I can't thank the staff there enough for their consistent assistance during the pandemic madness. Special mention to Jennie on the cutting counter. Super helpful and friendly and makes my day when I come in.
