The owner Phil is nothing short fantastic, grabbed our name and number and let us know he’d be in contact the moment a unit was available. Perfect prices great area and the premises is very secure. Can’t find a better place anywhere.

It's my first time to rent a self storage and I have an excellent experience here! Owner is very friendly and professional. The storage is clean, tidy and secure. Easy to move heavy stuffs with there trolly and elevator. Best chose when you need some more space!

We tried to get a storage unit in Bunbury for weeks, Phil had kept our details and contacted me to advise that one was coming free. The unit was lovely and clean, and Phil was a pleasure to deal with. We have just vacated our unit and to close up was just as easy going as signing up. Phil’s business here is absolutely amazing. We’ve stored our belongings in numerous different shed (bigger each time as our needs dictated) over many years. All of our belongings were kept safe and secure, with no risk of intrusion from others, the weather or pests. Phil himself is incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient in all of his dealings.

We have had our furniture in storage with Phil for over 2 years. Would highly recommended this facility for storage. The units are dry and the area clean. Security has been great. We were out of the country and all our possessions were well looked after while we were away. Phil is always helpful when arranging storage and when it comes time to move out. We had a bottom level unit and no heat damage to any of our furniture

Easy to use, convenient and flexible. Was a perfect place to store those few "extra" things.

I was looking for somewhere to store my house items for a few months, and was pleasantly surprised at the service and security of the units.
Phil even upgraded us to a larger unit size for the same price as a smaller one since they had run out by the time I got there.
Phil was amazing and helpfull and went out of his way to help, but he was also nice to just chat to.

Units are secure, easy to access when you come back and clean. Easy to move in. Loved it and would recommend to anyone.

We have used Bunbury Self Storage for the last 4.5 years to store a significant amount of household furniture and goods. The storage units are clean and dry and our stuff was still in fantastic condition after this time. These units are the premium storage units in the South West with great access arrangements and security, and for a very reasonable cost. Phil is a pleasure to deal with, cannot recommend Bunbury Self Storage highly enough.

Bunbury storage it’s the best in Bunbury -Southwest. The service was excellent & friendly and Phil have a big smile around his face. My mate Phil it’s help me if I have a problems. Phil was amazing for the entire time I had my belongings stored with him (just under 2 years), during which time I was in and out of hospital. He made sure that I was reminded when payments were coming up, was excellent with communication via email, phone and text. He didn't ever make me feel pressured and always made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble. From the first day I made enquiries with Phil, he went above and beyond to provide excellent pricing, facilities, and service. When my furniture and whitegoods came out, they were free of spiders, bugs, and mostly free of dust, and even my linen, which was stored in bags, had no odours, moths or any moisture whatsoever.
