BIG4 Ulverstone Holiday Park

We had a powered site, check in was very easy, site was lovely, shower blocks were clean. The park is very close to the beach, considering the amount of families/children it was pretty quite.
We had to leave very early to catch the ferry and staff were very accomodating in leaving the site next to us empty to allow us to hook up the night before. This is the second time we have stayed here, very happy.

After a last minute cancellation from our original booking. We contacted Big 4 to see if they had any powered sites available. Thankfully they did. We stayed for 3 nights. Overall it was a great experience. The train noise wasn’t ideal and did interrupt our sleep. Overall a nice place to stay and close to the beach.

Nice big 4 caravan park , clean facilities , clean camp kitchen. Across the road from beach ⛱.. 1.5 k walk to main area , can recommend 👌 !!

This was our third summer (2023/4) at Big4 Ulverstone and the first with Katrina at the helm. It was awesome. Not sure if it's a pro or con but we don't see Our kids unless they're hungry or tired (quite often both) as they're off with other kids doing things in the park or we head to the beach for some salt water in front of the Surf Club.

A lovely park. A little train noise was not too disturbing. The staff were wonderful. Stayed in our caravan, so no experience of their rooms. Location is great in an interesting town.

Just a one night stay. My husband and I wanted accomodation that we could stay with our fur baby.
We had a Dble budget cabin and to be honest was not expecting much because of our dog. Was I wrong the cabin was absolutely spotless well layed out very modern easy to clean floors the colour choice in cabin was very calming, bed was comfortable and loved the choice of extra pillows for your comfort, walk to beach and Cafe short drive to restaurants you could walk well kept grounds and thank you to Katrina for your help we had a great stay

Great camp kitchen beautiful hot showers easy to walk to shops. Only complaint not sure if amenities were cleaned every day as same piece of paper was on bench in ladies amenities block for 2 days.

Stayed here for Easter - The park had so many activities for the kids over the Easter break and was very family and dog friendly. Managers were great to deal with. Amenities were clean and showers were great. Close to beach, walking tracks and town. Recommend this Big 4 for a stay.

Walking distance to restaurant, meals good 👍 nice cabin.

I was in Ulverstone for dog trials and was happy that it is a pet friendly place. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, so suited my needs with two dogs. Also it was great that it is close to a dog friendly beach, so that was a major plus.

A very nice, beautiful and clean place, with good facilities, good views.

Beautiful park, great views and wonderful owners, very welcoming, by far best park

My border collie and I enjoyed 4 nights and lots of beach runs. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that accept dogs but we had a great time and will stay again anytime we are in the area.

Had a caravan site- plenty big enough in great location
Peter the owner very helpful and friendly along with office ladies.
Brilliant Camp kitchen.
Close to town- 10 minute walk, 1 minutes in car.

Room did have a cigarette smoke odour, but very clean and nice. Neighbours were very noisy on first night but they were traffic control workers letting off steam!!

All staff good and well behaved

We were on the road and needed accommodation as my husband had to work in Ulverstone.
When I made the call to the Big 4 the owner was so fantastic at fitting us in.
Our cabin was gorgeous,clean,comfortable and quiet.
Everything we needed was in the cabin.
The park amenities were fabulous and so neat and clean.
I was able to complete a load of washing and hang in out about 20 minutes in the sun(plenty of room on the lines)and go straight to the beach.
The beach is across the road and easy access through the park gates .
Conveniently located to town for a easy walk or drive for groceries.
Will definitely stay here again!!

we had a great stay at the caravan park which was very clean, neat and tidy. Katrina and the staff were amazing with the pancake breakfast and kids activities.

I recommend this Park highly. The park itself is killa clean and the staff incredible. Family friendly. Huge thankyou to Katrina and the rest of the staff for the warmth and care shown during my stay. Definitely returning xxx

Amazing friendly staff, very helpful. Family friendly environment, bike track and jumping pillow available close for kids, beach very close too. Great place. None of this 5 min hot shower cut off time was great. Enjoyed the stay cheers to the owners.
