Great service from the Applecross Poolwerx team in the last 12 months. As a newby to having a pool, they have taken time to understand what I have and coaching me in how to use it.

As a first time pool owner I had quite a few issues in the beginning but the team at Poolwerx Applecross has always been very helpful and provided great advice. When we had issues with the installation of our new bought pool vacuum, they went over and beyond to make sure it was all working fine. Great level of service - individual searched for spare part as they were on back order and required to continue pool use over Christmas break and New Year’s Eve. Great Service. I went in to inquire about a replacement timer and Natalie went above and beyond with her level of service. After checking with other stores to see if they had the part in stock and when finding that they didnt, she then rang around random supliers until she found the part, priced it and told them to hold it for me to pick up.The service she provided was not the norm in this day and age and i cannot comend her highly enough - Thank you Natalie.

I arrived at the store about 10 minutes after closing. They open up the shop for me and then took the time to hunt up the parts I was looking for. The service could not have been better. These guys are always the most helpful out of all the pool shops I've dealt with.

Being a new pool owner, Natalie was fantastic in answering all my questions and also guiding me in the right direction for my setup. I will definitely be returning to Apppecross Poolwerx for my routine needs.

Great service and free water tests provided. Prices for products and chems are pretty steep and they never label anything with prices. Great service tho

A great place to get your pool requisites. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and wil do your pool water test for you while you wait, using their fancy computer analysis system.
