It’s good place to find something good and interesting and especially those lovely stuff and they are so friendly and helpful .definitely recommend here.

The Red Cross is my favourite place to donate clothes to, because they are non-religious and do great work. This shop has better quality clothes than most secondhand shops (the one in Darlinghurst is good too, but aims at a younger crowd). I think folks in Paddington have nicer clothes to donate and can afford to buy nicer secondhand clothes!

My husband and I have been visiting and buying at the Red Cross Paddington for over 3 years. We love going there. The staff is always super friendly which makes a big difference!

What an awesome store! Great designer labels and the merchandising has a boutique feel to it which is refreshing to see in an op-shop. The staff are also incredibly helpful and upbeat. Highly recommended!

Found some bargains. Not the cheapest op shop, but the clothes are better quality and if you're lucky might fund good brands.

Great clothes. Staff seemed totally uninterested in me wanting to buy something. Didn't return my greeting either. Made me feel like I was just a bother to them!

Good way to buy and donate old things in a charity mode

One of my favourite opshop in town, a bit expensive compared to other opshops, but the selection is awesome.
However one of the staff member is so rude that it's not exactly pleasant to go. No matter what you say or do or don't, he'll find a way to make a narky comment and make you feel like you're a nuisance.

Prices seem completely off for the quality of clothes

Staff exhibited revolting behaviour. The only time they stopped standing around gossiping about movies and customers was to shout at customers, complain about customers, and peak uninvitedly into occupied change rooms. Garments are overpriced and store is far too crowded. Would not recommend: a one-star review even seems to be slightly too rewarding for this establishment… zero stars would be more sufficient.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the middle aged male with long brown hair, every time I visit he is extremely rude to all customers and acts as though no one should be in the shop, the rest of the paid staff are also rude and belittling to their volunteers. Clothes are also ridiculously overpriced

I am a regular op shopper and my experience with the staff here was terrible. I tried some items on and had some to return and once they were hung, I did not know where to put them as there is usually a rack for putbacks. I looked around confused and none of the staff offered to tell me where to put them so I left them on a rack opposite the change rooms. The staff immediately started loudly talking about how rude I was amongst themselves and how I had clearly never worked in retail (which I have). Rather than let me know I needed to put them back myself they embarrassed me in front of other customers. I wish they had the maturity to just tell me
I needed to put them back rather than act like that. Grow up.

Staff are always rude, been there on the weekend and during the week day. Not helpful, condensending replys when asking about an item, both male and female staff. Charity should start with a bit of kindness. Super unpleasant to go in there.
