I had the pleasure of working with Troy to secure the vehicle of my interest.
After several attempts to negotiate a price that was approved by upper management the deal nearly didn’t eventuate but after some tough conversations we agreed on a figure that the vehicle warranted and that Arrow was happy to accept.

The customer is the main focus at the end of the day as without them, you won’t have much of a business to tell everyone about.

Sometimes it’s necessary to forgo a small profit in order for your customers to walk away with a feeling of success and as if they got a deal if the life.
