Always had a great
experience going to this Cheesecake shop in Eltham, friendly girls always serving at the front and taking your order. The cakes are just lovely and price is overall worth it for what you get.

I got a beautiful Black Forest cake today.
So fresh & delicious, highly recommend.

The professionalism of the staff is refreshing. I was greeted with absolute authority and rapidity; never before have I felt so welcome to purchase cheesecakes from a shop. Not only did they compassionately listen to my profound story, they also convinced me of the great value of cheesecakes. Somebody give Aliejana a payrise.

I haven't been to the shop for some time, it has a new range of all new cakes, it like so nice. I am very happy of the shop.

Handy to have a Cheesecake Shop in the area. Improved service in that you can now purchase quarters and halves rather than a whole cake. Well priced.

Nice variety of cakes in here, you can custom make your own but I do believe there is a time wait. They need to restock there candle numbers. Lovely young lady was very friendly.

I ordered a special cake for my birthday, the manager accommodated the change in the cake filling , it was extremely busy time of the year & I had to give a short notice. The cake was very delicious & fresh.

My wife just got an American cheesecake and they are not the same as they use to be. Alot thinner and have a weird biscuit around them. Bring back the original ones. Feeling ripped.

Update edit: just got a cheese cake today 22-3-2023 and they are the way they use to be. 2 to 4 stars.

Beautiful consistent range of sweets, the staff are friendly, but if its busy there can be a long wait.

Its good the cheesecakes are so good. The service was ok could have been a bit better we were undecided between a small or large no one else in the store but it was like we were an inconvenience on the day. The rolling of the eyes is what did it for me. Dont roll ya eyes at a customer help the customer we were there all of 4 to 5 minutes.

Ordered the wild berry baked cheesecake and it was completely different. We were assured it was just a new decoration on top and the cheesecake itself was the same. It was not. It had fake cream on top, there was a weird crust that tasted like chemicals and the cheesecake was not the same as the original wild berry one. Never buying these “new look” cheesecakes again. Why ruin something that’s not broken?
