It’s not a good look when you can’t use the online enquiry page ! I tried and it kept telling me that I had misspelt both my first name and my surname. As a result I couldn’t post the details of my enquiry. I was hoping to get my 90 year old brother in as a residential customer. So I will go elsewhere
