Best takeaway - Our local Fave!! Friendly service, great food, we stayed 2 nights during the holidays room was clean and comfortable Def's rate 5 star will come again!

I've worked in hospitality and travelled around Australia and stayed in a bunch of places, even working in a roadhouse on the Nullabor, so I've seen nice places and not so nice places.
This is a lovely wee place, stayed 4 nights as was travelling around the area's with my mum. Price very reasonable, rooms clean, beds comfortable and shower was 5 stars due to great water pressure. If you're hungry, the Ocean Crest Café is again very reasonable priced. Can agree best Fish n Chips in the Victor Harbour area. The only cons I can come up with are what personally I prefer, so won't say as unfair as we all have our personal preferences.
Unfortunately everyone can have a different experience as you can tell from reviews. But like I said, my experience had no issues and the staff here are very helpful. I didnt have any of the problems others have had. So I can only tell you my experience.

Dont think you'd like to see photos of the room after I've un-made the bed, got dishes drying on a towel and wet towels hangin up in the bathroom. So I wont.

really kind staff, good location, short walk from the beach and there is a restaurant that is attached to the motel which has really well priced, yum food. comfortable beds and good water pressure in the bathrooms.

We always have a great meal at Ocean Crest Cafe. Good choice of menu, with dine in and takeaways available. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are always friendly. Our favourite Cafe...

A cosy yet hidden gem. Very comfy beds, quiet and dark room for restful sleep.
All the amenities you need and at a fraction of the cost compared to most accommodation in the area. Very affordable too!

We arrived very late on Fri night. The family size room was clean, neat and accommodating.
We only needed to stay one night, but it was comfortable enough to have stayed longer.
5 minutes from Victor Harbor, and very close to Coles and Aldi, and the beach.
The Ocean Crest Cafe does breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food is always delicious and well portioned. We have eaten here frequently, but this is our first overnight stay.
Not disappointed. Basic, nice standard motel room.

We regularly come here for take away chicken schnitzel packs. The quality of the schnitzels here are unrivaled in the Victor/Goolwa area, and at the current price of $12 the value is also crazy good. Better than all of this is the wonderful service. They are always delightful and obliging at Ocean Crest, I wish everywhere in Victor were as lovely!

Great accommodation, clean, quiet and comfortable. About a 5 minute drive to Victor Harbor. Very friendly owners. Be sure to try the cafe next door. Delicious food at a great price. Thanks for having us!

Good place to stay. All the bits like microwave,kettle etc. Clean and well stocked with shampoo and body wash in the shower. Happy to stay there again.

Ocean Crest Motel has a Cafe out the front which is open to the public. They serve takeaway foods and you can also dine in. The food is fairly priced and always delicious. They Motel rooms are reasonably priced, it also have a swimming pool. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and tidy.

The staff at the Ocean Crest Motel in Victor Harbour were unbelievable. I left my bag outside the hotel accidentally and drove to Port Pirie, They rang me and advised me I had left my bag behind, then kindly took my bag to the nearest post office and sent it back to Sydney for me. The rooms where great , highly recommend them.

Great take away fish and chips
5 $ per person. Must try it if you are around. You never regret. It was recommended by one of the locals and we always score this place a visit when we are around.

I come here random decision... i working in goolwa for the day tomorrow so thought I would be random as usual. .i found this lovely lil motel on booking. Com So im close to where i am working . My experience from when I got to motel was casual and very welcoming and informative of on site cafe times if i needed to have dinner or just a snack. . I had my work truck which I wasn't sure if it would fit through the driveway arch. I was offered to park it out the back gates if my truck couldnt fit through. the gentleman assisted to guide my truck in safely and it all worked out well. Wen i got into my room i was very suprised. Very well cleaned and maintained. My ròom smelt fresh and welcoming. I would come back here antime and definitly recomend this motel. Thank you very much for your professionalism and welcoming.

Great food and friendly service. Went back on Friday for lunch. Absolutely fabulous fish and salad. And the chips were cooked to perfection.

Went only for fish and chips. Possibly best in Victor in our opinion. Great hamburger and dimsims cooked right

Will return. Rooms nice and clean except the cobweb in the corner... lol.. grabbed some hot chips that we thoroughly enjoyed. My boys were more than happy with our room .

Very friendly people who run it,rooms are very clean and its also dog friendly💙Cafe on site is very good with excellent meals and great prices aswell.We will definetely be back again👌👍

We have a takeaway fish and chips pack for $6 and it was very yummy. Highly recommend the meals here.
