Not very friendly.. Especially for a first impression. Was recommended by someone to go here. Took my wedding dress to get it altered and several things went wrong. Straps were uneven (aren’t these suppose to be measured..) and loop for button hole was too big (shouldn’t this have been tried and tested prior to a customer picking up their alterations?)?! Have to go elsewhere to fix it as I was scared the dress would be ruined. Price was affordable and this experience explained why it was
