Still early stages in my build - but my experience with Homebuyers Customer Experience Co-ordinators has been nothing but helpful, reasonable and easy to comprehend!

Although the staff member that was assigned to me changed a few times throughout the process to internal promotions, the transition was always seamless & friendly :)

Have been having a great experience with Homebuyers Centre so far. Everyone that I have dealt with in the company, from Nick my sales consultant to Alanah my pre-construction coordinator, have been amazing. Alanah is quick to respond to emails and always keeping me up to date with things happening during pre-construction. I’ve just been moved on to the construction team and I can’t wait to see more progress on my future home!

We are building with Homebuyers Centre Victoria. We have had a wonderful experience dealing with them. It was extremely daunting getting into this venture but everyone we have dealt with has put our minds at ease. Right from the get go, we had staff who had a great deal of knowledge and helped us make decisions to suit our needs and budget.

We’ve really loved our experience so far with Home Buyers Centre, Natasha has been our customer experience associate for the pre-construction stage and has been great. We have had a few small delays however whenever we needed an update we always recieved one very quickly.

As a first-time homeowner, navigating the world of construction and homebuilding seemed daunting. However, my experience with HomeBuyer Centre (HBC) and their Pre-Construction Customer Experience Coordinator , Natasha Baronessa, completely transformed my perspective.

From the moment I signed HIA, HBC's team by large and Natasha in specific, exemplified professionalism and expertise. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident at every step of the process.

What truly set HBC apart was the exceptional support provided by Natasha. As the Pre-Construction Customer Experience Coordinator, she served as my primary point of contact, guiding me through the pre-contsruction phase with patience and efficiency. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the pre-construction documentation and approval processes , answering all my questions thoroughly and promptly while providing valuable insights along the way.

I look forward to the same level of support and diligence as we enter the construction phase and based on my pre-construction journey, I wholeheartedly recommend HBC to anyone in search of a reliable, customer-centric builder. HBC, have been incredible to deal with! We have had a great experience with our sales consultant Rick in Ballarat and Alanah our Pre start consultant. Both have gone above and beyond and have been invaluable with a few hiccups we have had along the way (at not fault of HBC). We look forward to the construction stage starting soon and cannot wait to get the keys to our long awaited home. 🏠

Our experience with homebuyers centre so far has been fantastic. We have worked with both Nick and Amelia through the pre construction phase and it has been incredibly fluid. Communication has been great and we have nothing but positive things to say about our build so far!

My partner and I were assisted with Jayme our pre-construction consultant. The experience we had was amazing, She was very efficient at what she does. Extremely quick with all the requirements needed to be met.

Alanah has been such a huge help during the pre construction phase. She always takes our phone calls and happy to answer any questions we have and keeping us constantly updated. I really appreciate everything and delivering on all your promises. I have great hopes in a smooth build if the construction team is professional as the pre construction team!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Homebuyers Centre for our new home construction, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. From start to finish, they have delivered an exceptional experience that made the journey of building our home a smooth and enjoyable one.

Leah Harrison, from the pre-contruction team was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget, and she provided expert guidance every step of the way. Her knowledge and professionalism put us at ease, assuring me that we were in capable hands.

We went to our colour appointment and found out our original pre-construction consultant resigned. However, HB staff were very helpful. They gave us lunch voucher to spend time in the café while they arranged another consultant for us. Then, Georgia stepped in and went through the selection with us. She was patient and paid attention to the detail. All our requests and amended were reflected correctly in the document and plans.

Then, we were assigned to our new pre-construction consultant, Natasha B. She was committed and communicative throughout the entire process. She listened to our needs and did her best to meet our requirements. It was easy to reach her via email, and she always responded promptly. The whole process of preparing for the build was easy, smooth, and worry-free. We loved Natasha's warmth and genuine nature. We can't appreciate her enough for looking after us and for reassuring our concerns. She highlighted again our confident in building with Homebuyers Centre.

We also loved the Homebuyer's colour studio online, which is a great tool for keeping track of the building journey. It allows you to look up the stage of the building, the selection of materials, and organize all the documents issued so far.

We highly recommend the staff of HBC and building with HBC.

My experience with Homebuyers Centre - in particular with our consultant Holly, has been great. Everything was handled smoothly, with a high degree of professionalism and with open and clear communication. Holly made sure we were aware of every detail along the way and things were addressed with in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

The process of choosing colours,facade and internal requests was so easy with Jayme. Her knowledge and patience is second to none. My husband and I are so at ease knowing she continues to provide assistance when we need it....Job No 114327.

Ginny our mortgage broker was super helpful and super responsive. She Got us a great home loan.
Holly our pre-start point of contact has also been super helpful, responsive and friendly.

We're now onto the construction process and we're so happy we chose Homebuyers Centre.

Jayme was very helpful with our meetings. Answered all of our questions and made the whole experience easy and smooth. I like how calm and patient she was during our 2 hour meeting session which went for 2 and a half hours.
Would highly recommend them.

We just had our HIA and colour appointment online. Everything was explained to us pretty well. We are 1st time buyers so we were still unsure of certain things but Jayme was really kind enough to go out of her way to explain it to us and even provided recommendations.
