BIG4 Bendigo Park Lane Holiday Park

I've been meaning to write a review of this park since we stayed with our family. It has been one of my favourite parks that we've stayed at. We stayed during the winter holidays and the children had great fun in the on site play centre. When they closed for the evening they had a large, comfortable and cosy games/ recreation room where we could watch family DVDs that were provided or have a game of pool. It had the kitchen attached so we coul make popcorn and hot chocolate. The other park residents were friendly and it was a very family friendly park. Even though the weather didn't permit the pool and spa looked very inviting. The location was perfect and not far from town.
The toilets, showers and laundry where all clean and tidy.
Last but not least the park staff were amazing. On our first day it rained heavily and while we were out they laid out a grass mat besides our caravan. We hadn't asked for it but it was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Bendigo.

We stayed recently in powered ensuite site with manicured gardens and a lux ensuite that had thick towels, etc. The larger size of the shower with the rain shower head was superb. The only thing I would suggest is to provide a hair dryer. Not everyone takes those necessities with them. The site itself was shaded pretty well with a tree out the front.
The pool area was great. Shade sails were erected over the toddler pool and spa only. Not over the main pool, so when the sun was out, they were hot under foot. Also, no safety rail to hold onto made it unsafe for me to use, so I did just use the spa. For me, the main pool definitely needs a shade sail and safety rail to make it safer for people, particularly with injuries (I have a lower back injury)
The communal kitchen and games room were great, and if you have kids, there is so much for them to do too
I would highly recommend this park to my family and friends, and I definitely would stay here again 💗

This park is worker friendly, and gave my company a great corporate rate, and a free upgrade for part of my stay.
Really great staff, and impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness for a caravan park. I've stayed in the budget through to what my staff called "The Emperors Palace" - a 9 person family suite- comes with the hugest TV, x 2 bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and the perfect BBQ area of your own.

This is an exemplary caravan park, by far the best of so many I've stayed in as a travelling worker. Great parking, well laid out park, quiet (can't hear the main road) and something so important - the best, comfy beds with really good linen.

Pricing is very fair - you won't find better in Bendigo 😉

An excellent set up for families. The cabins were clean and beds very comfortable. The service was outstanding. There was a glitch with our booking and the team went above and beyond to rectify it. The team on-site quite obviously cared that they were offering the best experience to their guests. We will definitely go back.

We had a powered ensuite site. Ensuite was clean, site neat and tidy. Had trouble getting van in due to dip, park had ramps to lift vehicle, no trouble at all. Great games room, indoor play room, jumping pillow. Pet friendly, accommodation for any type of traveller. Has pool and spa. Found pool to be full of bugs, but kids swam anyway. 9 minute drive from city centre.
Is a nice, friendly, family park. Would stay again

As a family of 4 adults with a furbaby, we thought that finding accommodation to suit our needs at the spare of the moment, right on new years day would be impossible.
We were recommended this caravan park and upon looking online, booking a cabin was so easy and straight forward.
Upon arrival we were met by the sweetest and friendliest young reception staff, who advised us that we were kindly ( for know reason other than luck) upgraded from budget cabin that we booked to family cabin.
The cabin was purple number 6 and oh my gosh ..
The entire park is gorgeous, clean, friendly and so well designed, cared for.
The amenities were spotless and so kid friendly.
The price was very reasonable
Our adult bed was super comfy and upon entering our cabin , the floors had been freshly mopped and aircon on for our comfort.
Such a lovely size cabin too
We can not wait to return for longer at Easter

Relaxing with 5 star ensuites for their powered van sites. Pools, spa, camp kitchen, awesome playground for the kids. Super relaxing.

An excellent park for familles.The cabins are comfortable. Large & spotless . The customer service was outstanding . There was a glitch with our booking Annmarie & katie went above and beyond to rectify it. Thank you girls & the park-lane team .

A lovely spot right on the rail trail. Close drive to town. Plenty of facilities and activities for all ages, and super friendly staff. Kids especially will love this place with a jumping mat, indoor play centre, small train rides around the caravan park etc.

Definitely recommend, brightly coloured and well maintained caravan park with plenty of accommodation options, fantastic facilities with massive indoor play center, playground, heated spa, well equipped camp kitchen, bbq area and games room. Clean and modern facilities and only just a short drive from center of town.

We had a great 3 night here. Kids had plenty to do, to keep them busy and happy! Pool, spa, pedal carts, jumping pillow, indoor play centre, basketball ring, outdoor play area, pool table, table tennis, outdoor play ground etc

Friendly caravan park close to Bendigo centre (5 min by car). Has nearby Coles plus petrol station close. Park itself is well laid out with various types of accommodation from camping to villas. There is a pool and spa plus play centre and various areas for kids to play. Dog friendly also. Can get busy so best to pre book. Great value, we had budget onsuit site and were very happy with location

Tegan really saved us with a very last minute booking after our free camp disaster. We stayed in a pod and it was beautiful. Everything was clean and so cutely decorated. From one holiday park worker to another, you guys are amazing. 100% sure we will be back next time we are in Bendigo

Only been here to take the kids to the playroom and had my daughter party here. So much better than jumps. Great place. Probably more suited for 3yo+

This little park was a very pleasant surprise. Clean and comfortable cabins (love the colours!) Proper pillows on the beds, and a huge play space for kids. Shame we only had one night here, we will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Attended a birthday party at Parkys. The kids, 3 year old party, had a great time. The party room was well set up. Cold drinks, tea and coffee available.
The high light was the train ride around the park, I think the kids enjoyed it as well.

Big thanks for Sonja and Ian and staff for accommodating us in the sad time the service is excellent the rooms where clean very very accommodating I would recommend this park I give them a 10/10 amazing hope to be back under different circumstances sue fenn and families

This park is definitely on our revisit list, cabin was spotlessly clean, even had a carport for our car. A fantastic indoor play centre for the Children and great adult games room. Located just outside of Bendigo, so not noisy. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend.

Had a nice stay here a little busy but it was holiday season and the staff were friendly and services were clean and maintained will be back 👍🏻

Our first time at Park Lane and will definitely come again. The grounds are well kept, the kids were never bored and a 5 min drive to Bendigo CBD. The staff are amazing and the service is warm and genuine, which is very hard to find these day. Kids highlight was the tractor train ride! Will be back for sure!
