Over the last couple of years, I have sold a unit and bought an apartment. They were in the Malvern/Glen Iris area.
I used Adam Held (Held Lawyers) as my conveyancer for both property dealings.
Apart from Adam being a legend of a bloke, he was fantastic with every aspect of the sale/purchase.
