Had the best shopping experience today at woolies
Staff member Kristen when above & beyond to assist me with source my required product straight from the back, delivery just occurred and staff yet to fill the selves, not only did she get the product but found me in the aisle and personally handled me the product,
Loved the customer service with a bonus - a smile,

Plenty of parking for this centrally-located store.
A quick look through it shows a good selection of all the necessities.
And there is a BWS right there too. How good is that!

This woolies always has the friendliest staff. Whenever we come up for a holiday my daughter always asks if she can go and talk to the lovely lady in the deli while I shop 😂

four people help to find the product they were so helpfull and friendly .

This is easily one of my favourite place to go at any time. Since we've moved in here 6 month ago this store and it's staff led by a very capable Customer Manager had gone out of their way to make us feel like the locals we now are. I know the store is slightly more expensive but we love supporting it and will continue to do our weekly food shop there and the service as well as the way they make us feel is solely to be complimented for our return time and time again. Well done to you! I will recommend you strongly.

When Woolworths opened up in portarligton it was a God sent which saves us money driving into Drysdale I got to know the assistant manager Andrew he is great and great costumer service and client communication and willing to help. Great work guys.

Nice and compact Woolworths store located in the township of Portarlington. Handy on street and off street parking, public and disabled accessible toilets. Wheel chair friendly.
Well staffed and well stocked with variety of goods. Staffed checkouts and self checkouts available.

Relatively new Portarlington store stocks a great range of groceries and fresh produce. Great customer service is probably because it's right next to the beach. Parking is a nightmare with only street parking avaliable and during the summer months can be virtually impossible to get a park.

Busy, but easily accessible and well stocked. A semitrailer of stock arrived while we were there ready for the New Year.

Pro: always have great service at this store, the staff go out of their way to help, even in peak busy times.
Con: smaller store, not as much variety
