Great dealings with Fletchers on two fronts. 1) in purchasing a property, Wayne was fantastic, easy to deal with, open communication and always provided updates; 2) in renting the property, started with 1 property manager, however Maree took over proceedings just as the agreement was signed & due to list. Again, professional, good level of open and frequent communication, offered suggestions & worked tirelessly in the background to get the property rented. Both Wayne & Maree super easy to deal with, pick up the phone any time to answer my queries & help out. Such an easy, stress free experience.
