Always a great and personnalized service. Steven is friendly and professional. He gets the work done in a decent time and does his best to speed it up when he understand it is needed. Also, great efficiency: he managed to get some white napkins which I really like but were so stained, back to a very clean white. I had tried everything I could and he was my last call. He "saved" them. I am happy and grateful for his service!

This is a delayed review from my visit to Melbourne in July - August 2023. Friendly and helpful customer service from the owner. Reliable machines. Dryers are reasonably priced and dry the clothes well. Coin operated machines. You can pay using EFTPOS to withdraw the amount needed in coins during the day when the owner is there.

Been coming to see Steven, for a bit over 1.5yrs. Ive Been very pleased with the level of care he offers for high end luxury silk shirts. I got introduced to him via a good friend, and to this day, I'm so happy I found his service. I'll be continuing to see him for my dry cleaning services and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Went to see if he could fix a button on my shorts. Had them fixed in 5 minutes and and done it for free. Absolute gentleman. Would definitely recommend 5 starts.

Steve has been looking after us for many years. If you want to pamper yourself, forget having a massage; get Steve to do your laundry the way your mum did it ! Perfect every time. Best life hack is taking grotty post holiday clothes to Steve to magically transform ready to put away.

The washing and drying machines work fine if you are doing your own laundry. Lots of posters up showing what's on for entertainment in Melbourne if you're looking for inspiration for once the chores are done.

Triple sized washing machine beautifully cleaned king-size white quilted bedspread. Manager always helpful. Clean, well kept premises. Reasonably priced machines. Great cafe right next door. Just be aware local parking in side streets: Mondays 9-10am street sweeping.
