If you are a lover of tofu and Korean side dishes then this is the budget place for you. Love the food here, note that there is a wait once you have placed your order, this is not a fast food place, it’s all cooked to order. Highly recommend getting a set which comes with all the extras. And don’t forget to order a side of boneless fried chicken. Bustling place so there may be a little wait to get a table but well worth it and very much affordable. The staff are amazing and friendly. I like the small dishes. I always order a few small dishes so that I can have a variety a taste and texture. My favourites are the herbal pork, pork shanks, smokey pork neck and signature bean curd soup. I especially like the side dishes that comes with the meal. This is the place you go for the food, not for ambience or service.

The corn cheese was to die for!! My favourite in the city without a doubt. I got the kimchi and pork stew and it was the perfect amount of spicy. It was very flavourful and could not fault it. A friend order the set and received the 5 different side dishes. All delicious! The place got busy quite quickly and I recommend getting in early.

I was feeling a little under the weather the day I went, but my friend and I came here so I could eat something gentle and warm on my stomach, haha. I got the beef bulgogi hot pot option and it was delicious! Arrived with 5 sides and a bowl of rice, a very good meal for a very reasonable price. My hot pot did take a while longer to come out (compared to my friend's which was a tofu based soup), but worth the wait. (:

Dooboo brings me to a actually Korean restaurant and the food is so jummy and delicious. I really like the atmosphere of Dooboo and my friend prefer to it Combo in here

It was a pleasant experience, even as a Korean.

The portions were perfect, and the prices were reasonable. I had the spicy dooboo soup, which was really flavorful and appropriately spicy.

I appreciate the effort that goes into the high-maintenance side dishes, the soup with mixed meat, and the perfectly cooked rice served in a stone bowl. In Korea, a meal like this might be priced around $15, so $19 in Australia is quite generous.

However, I didn't feel welcomed by the servers. Despite that, overall, it was a good experience, and I would visit again.

Very convenient location to have korean tofu soup on a cold day. The food took longer as they needed to cook the rice. We order via QR code and pay from the app. My fav at this place is the Signature Soon Do Bu. Note, the normal version is spicy enough in my opinion.

I recently had dinner at DooBoo Melbourne and I was really impressed! I ordered the dishes in photo attached, they were so flavorful and comforting, and the tofu was perfectly cooked. The service was also excellent - the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is modern and stylish, and the prices are reasonable. Absolutely loved their stone pot! Don’t know why this place doesn’t have better reviews. Ultimate comfort food that wasn’t too spicy and loved the side dishes it came with.

The service is really good, clean and i love the flavour the signature tofu hot pot. Chicken boneless was perfect with garlic sauce

Love the food from Dooboo! Especially the massive Donkatsu that they serve! We tried something new this time and had the cold noodles on a hot summer night. Highly recommended!

Two things that you must get when you're here - spicy pork trotters and the soon tofu set. The former is juicy, tender and absolutely bursting with flavours, while the latter is a gastronomic experience. Add hot water to the rice and you'll be amazed at the smoky flavour imparted to the rice. The porridge-like texture is a treat too! Can't fault the other dishes too - rich creamy corn cheese, crisped seafood pancake and the bold flavours of the pork neck.

What an awesome restaurant. It was our first time here . After a little wait in the line, we were in . Easy to order with the Qr code on the table . Food came out quickly and hot . The food was absolutely amazing. The flavours were unbelievable . If you have never tried Korean food before, give DooBoo a go .

foods are great !! it has a combo that comes with the signature sundubu hotpot which is a good deal ! ordered the pork neck bbq with signature sundubu hotpot !! its to die for so so gewd ! and the side dishes is too good to be true ! will definitely comeback
