Purchased a used Hp elite book. Was exactly as described (some wear / marks etc). Came with win11 installed and all device drivers set up so is just ready for use. Can’t argue with the price either. What a great way to pick up a cheap brand name laptop.

Excellent customer service. Bought a ThinkPad and received a bonus. The laptop is in satisfactory condition. Good deal. Packaging was safe and sound. Couldn't be happier.

Had ordered an HP Elitebook laptop which upon delivery had the keyboard keys broken. This happens during shipping - however what was a really good service from the seller that they promptly responded and issued a return label and immediately processed the return. Was really happy with the way the seller responded after realising that the shipped product had an issue.

I purchased a laptop from them and it developed a keyboard fault and they offered to repair it if i sent it back. Now it's been over 2 months since I returned it and I've tried to get in contact with them multiple times but nobody has responded. There's no phone number so i can only send messages online. The website says they are temporarily closed with no info in when they will return. Very unhappy coz I told them I needed it for school. Worried they have gone out of business. Has anyone heard anything?

Item had faulty speakers. Had to return it for a fix which they didn't do in time. They offerred a refund to which they haven't processed.

Now going through the process with Paypal but would definitely avoid.

Very delayed shipping took about 2 weeks to come and hardware had been damaged when arrived would not recommend
