Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious. The place was clean and tidy. We loved the menu! My kid’s favourite was the Potato cakes and the ice cream of course!

Popped into Twelve Palms Cafe to warm up with a latte and was tempted into one of the fresh baked treats in the window. Great food, friendly sevice. Will definitely be returning again.

During Holiday Stays at Bendigo I always make the effort duck into 12 Palms Cafe! The Home made style, Sweets, Sandwiches, Burgers and Wraps always cater to my taste buds and the service is always friendly and efficient!

Always well spoken, great coffee and kind. Never had an experience here that was bad enough to warrant a complaint, the staff are so so lovely :)

Nice staff and friendly service. Delicious ice-creams and a nice variety of flavours. Great place to stop for an ice-cream or bite to eat. Prices are reasonable.

make the extra trip to McDonalds. Not very enjoyable sitting down and getting swarmed by flies nor the fact the tables dont seem to get wiped down. Food was dry and overpriced. Whole place could do with a good clean.

The staff were incredibly rude - making faces and speaking behind your back when asked what the ingredients of the meal included. Very disrespectful staff and service. Would not recommend.
