Alish was the most lovely, helpful staff member I've ever met. 11/10 for customer service. Helped me get everything I needed, and I was happy to spend all my money there! Ha. Luke was also amazing and helpful. Very positive and welcoming, too. Both really nice people and a great representatives of the store. I will be returning as soon as I need more things! Couldn't ask for better.

I had the best shopping experience this morning and two days ago at LOD.
For the average consumer who does not need ‘blue collar’ workwear it is still a great place to browse and purchase clothes (best flannies around, polo shirts, boots, etc) - well made and very good value. (Discovered this ‘find’ when accompanying partner on a Saturday morning shop a few years back.

But what makes this retail space stand out is exceptional customer service. You know, the kind we remember from decades ago.

And Maria could not do enough for me while also never being pushed to spend more than I wanted/needed.
She’s friendly, engaging and the experience on both occasions was like catching up with a mate. Thank you Maria for making the whole process enjoyable.

They also let me take some Flanney’s home (so many good colours and design to choose from) so if colours weren’t quite right, could come back and exchange.
Never written such a long review - but overwhelmed by above par customer service.

Came in with ripped pants and busted boots straight from the jobsite, 15mins before the store closes but still got great service from Maria.

She found me some products and brands that suit my heavy-duty use. And her suggestions worked out very well for me, got me onto some lightweight fibreglass safety boots 🫡

Very happy.

Workwear range here is massive that it makes my trip from Geelong to make a purchase worthwhile.
Also helps that you’re going to get fantastic customer service from knowledgeable sales professionals.

The best work wear shop I have experienced. My partner and I both brought boots and are so happy with them. I was blown away with the level of service and the amount of knowledge we got from Rachel and Niki.

The team as LOD were great to deal with. They provided plenty of options, gave great advice and were flexible in the their approach to our requirements. Great service from very helpful staff. I had to change a pair of safely boots for an obscure OH&S reason, the great people at LOD understood the situation and helped with the exact boots to comply with the ISO900 standards. They have a broad selection of surgical masks and can print a company logo on them. LOD are one of the few places that stock bifocal safety glasses. They have, in stock, all the safety requirements for this "new normal" of COVID-19 PPE for businesses: signs, floor guides, and a range of surgical masks.

I recently upgraded my work boots & ended up changing them twice as seeing as I spend more time in these than any other footwear I wanted them to be perfectly comfortable. At all times the staff here were patient & helpful. That's why I come back to LOD.

Awesome customer service. My husband went to Port Melbourne store yesterday to buy a jacket. The store did not have it on their rack but Luke went out of his way to check through the racks and then on line. Will definitely go back to this store.
