Hidden gem in Mount Beuaty for exceptional beer and great food. Super friendly staff and a good atmosphere that gives a homely feel. Was lucky enough to catch some live music in the outdoor dining area. Overall a great experience and will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in the region.

Awesome renovation to an old pub. The new bar and brewery on site has done it wonders. We came for a ski trip and stayed down the mountain. The footy was on the TV, Collingwood was winning, the 8x taps of beer were all delish and the food so good! Can’t get better than that. I had a pasta and my mate the ribs and as you can see, the ribs were enormous- def going back for them. You’re welcome!

Lovely spot for dinner. All the food was fresh and well made in house. Awesome room we could let bub play in too, right next to us.

Fabulous meal. I had the salmon. Perfectly cooked with steamed greens, yummy buttery dressing and baby potatoes. And the plate was warm. Bonus points for that. Bro had the Spare Ribs, also great. And the outside dining was a bonus on a beautiful evening. Service staff were friendly and helpful.

Food was amazing. Customer service was AMAZING. Huge shout out to Xena who went the extra mile to make our evening wonderful. After telling her of a bad experience last night at another bistro, she brought out a taste of their Gnocchi with garlic cream sauce to prove that some places can get it right, and boy was she right! Not only was the taste of gnocchi amazing, our schnitzel and parmigiana were superb, beautifully presented, generously sized and perfectly cooked for a good price. The salad was just as good, with actual salad ingredients instead of the normal leaves. Thomas the chef knew what he was doing. Everything was amazing. Could not recommend enough.

I'm biased. They serve chicken kievs. You cannot get chicken kievs anywhere in Melbourne anymore, on that point alone I gave this 5 stars. I'll drive the 4 hours from Melbourne to Mt. Beauty for more kievs - loved it !


Back in Mt Beauty a year later....Chicken Kievs are still on the menu ! Woo Hoo ! Although I almost missed seeing them on the menu - they should be on a big sign out the front - "We sell Chicken Kiev!"

Was as good an experience as last year, prodded the kiev with my knife and that oily garlicy goodness squirted out all over my phone, so we went back the next night for more of the same ! Added a photo of it in all its glory.

I'll just keep coming back to Mt Beauty whilst they remain on there.

A pleasant surprise for us. Not what we expected from the outside. Great brews and one of the best T-bones I've ever had. Nice atmosphere on a Friday night. Will cone again when next in Mt Beauty.

Absolutely spectacular food and service. Large Vegetarian menu and fabulous Beef and Chicken burgers. I will be back and so will my Elf.

I’m visiting from Sydney to visit relatives and decided to go to west peak for pizzas. Wow. What amazing friendly service from the time I rang and booked a table to wonderful friendly service tonight. Andrew and especially Tarn who looked after us are exceptional employees So friendly but also professional. And the pizzas were amazing.

Love the food. Great vegan and vegie options. Falafel burger is the best!

Now a brewery. Beers are awesome! Definitely make it a stop if you are heading through mount beauty. Ps don't drink and drive!

It's lovely out on the lawn with a Beechworth Pale Ale and a Parmi. The whole town should be here :)

Had a great meal here with my family. Pasta, pizza, Guinness beef pie, steak and chicken Kiev were all very nice. Very busy on weekends so definitely book. Nice open fireplace and good family friendly atmosphere.
