MCAS Superstore Keilor East

By far one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. My wife and I got our learners and went straight to MCAS to get all the gear and a bike. Steve and Stuart were some of the most friendly and helpful sales people we had ever dealt with. They shared their wealth of knowledge, ensuring that safety was the main priority. As we spent a large sum of money, we received large discounts of all our items and a bit off of the bike itself.
We will defiantly go back if we need anything else.

These guys are awesome!! Bought a brand new bike with the expert help of Steve & Mohammed. They couldn't do enough to help. Test rode, they registered the bike there & then helped with matching gear and even recommended bike insurance! Happy happy rider right here! Thanks guys you rock!

I have visited this motor cycle dealer a few times since they opened in East Keillor, until recently I was working close by to this shop. I have only purchased some accessories from them, never purchased a bike from them. However if I do decide to purchase another bike i will certainly drop by this shop & see what they have to offer. I have found the staff most helpful & friendly. They have a huge range of bikes and accessories for sale. I find visiting all the MCAS stores a pleasant experience, with friendly knowledgeable & very approachable staff. I highly recommend anyone looking for motorcycles & motorcycle related accessories to give the MCAS stores a try & if near East Keillor i recommend dropping into MCAS for any motorcycle related items.

The Keilor Park store is fantastic. Bon ( I hope I remember that correctly) is amazing, and looked after me, even though he had no reason to. Great store, friendly accommodating and understanding staff.

Went in to try to match a front brake lever for a 2023 bike that parts not available with a few months waiting period...
the team at Keilor MCAS put alot of time and effort and found 3 that could possibly work, I purchased all 3 as I was so impressed with the level of service and determination to help me out, very old school, very impressed, great work guys, you will always be my first choice for parts...

Got this CB400A from MCAS Keilor yesterday. Super four reasons to be happy about my purchase: great staff, great service, great bikes and great price. There are heaps of other great bike gears and accessories in their huge and airy warehouse style showroom. They also have a large collection of highly desirable used bikes. I actually got my helmet, jacket, gloves and shoes here last year as well, plus a few other bits. This is where I go for my bike needs first since I am close by. Highly recommend anyone looking for bikes and gears to go and check out.

The teammoto crew are a bunch of absolute legends, Dave is a amazing person to deal with and Mo is the best. they helped me get this amazing cfmoto 450sr quicker than expected without hassle. highly recommend buying a bike from these boys.

Found the perfect bike on line. Went in on Sunday to see them and they were so helpful. Back on Monday for a test ride and bought it that afternoon. Steve was awesome.. very helpful. In fact everybody was. They were clear, direct, supportive and I never once felt pressured. They genuinely wanted to help. Folks, don't waste your time anywhere else.

Bought a pair of bike boots. Great service from the female staff member(sorry didn't get her name). Very helpful and pointed me in the right direction and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Traded my 2016 Harley Ultra Classic for 2021 Dark Horse. Michael and his team were very informative and did their best to accommodate my needs. The new bike was delivered to my door and my trade was taken at same time given COVID (big thanks to transport contractor). Paperwork and follow up from Michael to ensure all had arrived and as promised was further evidence of the effort these guys go to.
I am doing further business with these guys for my trail bike and so of course I can recommend you go see what they can do for you.

Update 25 Jan 2022 - the service team led by Bon is fantastic and really strong on knowledge. I had a small crash, they proactively fixed everything they could along with my first service and I am delighted to have experienced such fantastic customer experience

Owning the Indian Super Chief Limited was nothing short of a dream come true and the fantastic team of Michael, Dave and others helped me realise this. Unfortunately, the good experiences ended there. I found the entire purchase very slow, the wait was excruciatingly painful. Don't get me wrong, the team is keen to help, however broken processes and lack of proper checks before delivery has impacted my experience. As you will notice in the pictures, I drove the bike home only to find the headlights fallen off and the next day the maps weren't updated for Australia. This meant I had to make a trip to the store again.

While I will use them for regular servicing, as I like the interaction with Michael and Dave, I hope that these unfortunate experiences end here. I'll update my experiences with servicing either as a separate review or an extension to this one.

Friendly and fast service with heaps of stuff marked down. They had my new bike registered and ready to roll within 30 minutes. Very happy with the experience and money saved on riding gear!
