Nothing but high praise for Phil and the whole team at ARB Keilor Park - got me out of jam with some warranty work and they managed to fit me into their busy schedules really quickly. Great store, heaps of stock, good couch & waiting room and a half decent coffee machine too!

ARB Keilor was a great experience in the sence that I had to wait for a job to be done, but they expedited the work as quick as possible so I didn't have to wait longer than needed. The guys were welcoming and friendly, to the point of even making me a coffee. Would highly recommend them. The waiting are a and toilets were exceptional clean and comfortable.

Andrew and his team are professional, courteous and good to work with. We’ve been faced with an unpredictable issue to resolve in a short time frame. Given I live 2 hours away this was quite inconvenient and came with a lot of uncertainty. Andrew and the boys had to work in a difficult set of circumstances to get me back on the road. They liaised with the parts supplier and worked with them to make a custom part for my vehicle to get me back on the road. This is a vehicle that they are not particularly familiar with and this goes to show that they go that extra mile. This extra work came at their own cost and probably made what is an already busy time of the year even more difficult. There is a reason I travelled 2 hours and left my car with Andrew and his team. I trust I am in good hands. Thank you.

Great customer service. We are travelling on the road and despite being super busy they fitted us in for our Diff lock service when no one else would for weeks. Provided a clean and comfy lounge whilst we aired with tea and coffee service. Thanks guys so grateful

Got my LC fitted with a few of the usual goodies. Solid and quality work carried out. Andrew made a huge effort to meet my expectations. The whole team are very knowledgeable in the industry. I went to this store for the first time today and soon as I walk through the front door someone asked if I needed a hand. I needed a few locks for my canopy and within 5 minutes it was sorted. Highly recommended. The guys seem very helpful. 👍👍

Great team at ARB Keilor. Great people to deal with. Awesome place to spend a lot of money really fast doing up your 4WD. ARB is the best. Best quality. I only use and trust ARB by now on. I’ve learned the hard way in the past spending less on cheaper brands and having them fail.

Great job by the team at ARB Keilor Park. I got a UHF CB radio and aerial, custom floor with fridge slide and electrics all completed on time as agreed without fuss. Quality, precision work and would recommend.

First time I’ve had a car serviced at ARB today, after a lifetime of dealership servicing the Hilux was in desperate need of some proper attention. No cutting corners with these guys, if you care about your 4x4 and want something done properly, spend the few extra dollars and bring it here.

Andrew and his team are birlliant at ARB Keilor Park. Their care, knowledge and vehicle knowhow really shine no matter what the question is. They have all the very latest ARB gear. If you live within 50km of the CBD of Melbourne these guys really are the best 4wd shop to go too. They also have an amazing amount of non ARB stuff for sale in their well equipped shop. They are 100/100 service level guys.
