Delicious food and warm hospitality from the team at Eva's Restaurant and Bar. The culinary team did a perfect job with the food. The waitress was very friendly and make us feel very welcome. Well done!

Had breakfast at Eva's this morning. Delicious meal, served hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great continental selection is available also.

Came here on a Thursday for fish and chips, and burgers. The fish and chips were so good that we came back here 4 days later on a Monday to have fish and chips, and club house sandwich.

Amazing fries, crispy, not too thick but not too thin, and just the right level of salt. Loved it so much. Excellent service too.

Who knew that hidden in the Pullman off Swanson and Little Bourke is a delightful restaurant called Eva’s? I didn’t until I visited the other day. The space is jewel toned and plush and serves a nice array of modern Australian cuisine. The service is great and the menu is vegetarian friendly. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s worth visiting for a produce-driven meal. Standout meatless items include the roasted cauliflower and the delicious mashed soybeans.

We had Christmas dinner at Eva’s. Dinner was pretty tasty but the service was even better. One course of our courses took awhile to come out but they were apologetic about the situation and tried to remedy it. Everyone was friendly and had a good time. Our dishes were quite tasty and large. They gave us Christmas Crackers which added spirit to the evening. Thank you!

We had lunch on Christmas Day. The food was really nice, good value for money, the staff were lovely and very polite. Would definitely recommend this restaurant

This was quite honestly a five star experience. My wife and I stayed at the Pullman and not wanting to venture out on our first night, we decided to give Eva’s a go, and we’re both glad we did. Speedy service, we were felt quite welcomed by servers Natalia and Stephen, and the food, on the whole, is to die for. The steak and the lamb was perfect - the lamb in particular fell off the bone and melted in the mouth. The chips as well were seasoned in the most spectacular seasoning that has ever graced my tastebuds. And the brownie, oh, the brownie! Still slightly warm with the caramel sauce, which was all brought together with the peanut butter ice cream. This has set an incredibly high standard for Melbourne’s cuisine.

Quiet loc in CBD hotel. Intimate space. Yummy food and good menu selection. Nice bar. Reasonable prices. Gr8 service. Will go back.

Amazing customer service and delicious food. We accidentally ordered a meal without asking for gluten free bread, we apologised and then they politely exchanged it for gluten free bread. The buffet was amazing and had such a wide variety of food. Overall all the food was amazing and the staff are all so kind and friendly 100% recommend.

I must say sometimes the second time isn’t as good…. Well for me it was. Food was simple but very tasty and executed to perfection. When your travelling interstate, tired and just need to eat, you need amazing food with no fuss.
Would definitely recommend and I will definitely come back when I’m back in Melbourne.

Lovely restaurant attached to Pullman on Swantson. Very attentive servers, good relatively quiet atmosphere and an affordable set menu for 2. Definitely worth a visit if you're staying at the hotel.

Had dinner here and it was really nice. Recomend the blue eyed cod, very tasty and cooked to perfection. Enjoyed it so much, we went back for breakfast the next day. Friendly staff as well.

Great meal. Hard to fault. The steak was cook just as we ordered, medium rare and was very tender. Matt the waiter was friendly and helpful.

I had initially intended to have lunch at this establishment, but I found the lunch menu to be quite limited, offering only five items. Consequently, I decided to indulge in dessert and a cocktail instead. I must commend the recommended sticky date pudding, which truly impressed me, and the brownie passionfruit combination was an absolute delight. However, in order for this place to potentially achieve a five-star rating, it would benefit from a more expansive selection for lunch. Moreover, I felt that the spicy margarita fell short in terms of heat, as I could only detect the chili from the rim glass, but not within the cocktail itself. On a positive note, I must acknowledge the exceptional attentiveness and accommodating nature of the staff, particularly Philippine.
