Juliana was so fantastic and helpful when I visited leading up to christmas. She was very accommodating and spent time helping me look for a specific item I was after. Wonderful shop with great high-end items and designer brands for amazing prices. Thanks Juliana for all your help, I will definitely be back! Kind staff and customer service goes a long way 😄

The top of my list of favourite Oppe shops! The small but well organised space is like a cabinet of curiosities. I have been going there for many, many, years and always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and always up for a good chat. Julianna the manager has her work cut out for her (as most charities do)! However is always on top of sorting through the jumbled clothes and bric-a-brac that arrives at her door and knows exactly where to put her hands on that latest fabulous skirt or perhaps a coat that you have been searching for! These girls are fabulous and friendly. A definite must visit!

I accidentally donated my wife's favourite cardigan along with her parent's old clothes. The staff were incredibly understanding and were kind enough to search for and give it back. Juliana provided particularly good service. Thanks!

Many thanks to the lovely Juliana for holding the fabulous black leather boots for me until I was able to collect them. They fit perfectly! I'm looking forward to my next visit to this wonderful shop of treasures.🌟

Shopped recently here and brought a few things for my parents. Staff were rude and not very encouraging.the shop was smelling of old Farts and Cheesy feet. Just needs a good sprouse up. And deep Cleaning. Not run very good Considering this is a Charitable place to Shop.

We got the feeling this was a business posing as an op shop. Lots of nice things but quite expensive so we didn't buy anything. The manager was very rude. Won't be back.

That has to be shop with most unpleasant, unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright rude staff I ever come across. From longer serving staff to the latest recruit. I usually look who is behind the counter before I go in or don’t, today I got conned and entered the shop much to my regret. Never again. Perhaps Ladies should be remained that apart from selling “ second hand clothes “ as I was reminded today that they service and attitude shouldn’t be second hand. After all it is Charity shop.
